Abstract

The vibration generator (2) includes two vibro-motors (3). Their shaft offset is symmetrical, and is 25% of the major dimension of the vibratory plate (1), measured in the rotation plane of the out-of-balance weights (4). Both shafts rotate synchronously. Claims (7)

1. Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung und Übertragung von mechanischen, rhythmischen Schwingungen auf unterschiedliche Teile des menschlichen Körpers, bestehend unter anderem aus einer Schwingplatte (1), die die mechanischen Schwingungen auf die entsprechenden Teile des menschlichen Körpers überträgt, die in etwa in senkrechter Richtung bezogen auf ihre Kontaktoberfläche (6) gleichförmig schwingt, wobei die Schwingung durch einen Schwingungsgenerator erzeugt wird, der entweder aus einem Elektromotor besteht, der über einen Kurbeltrieb die Schwingplatte (1) in Schwingung versetzt, oder aus zwei nebeneinander, symmetrisch angeordneten und fest mit der Schwingplatte (1) verbundenen elektrischen Vibrationsmotoren (3) bestehen, deren jeweils zwei auf den beiden Enden der Antriebswelle der Motoren aufgebrachten Unwuchtmassen (4) mit gleichem Massenträgheitsmoment synchron aber in entgegengesetzter Drehrichtung drehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Vibrationsmotoren (3) des Schwingungsgenerators (2) in bezug auf ihre Antriebswellen in einem Abstand von mindestens 25% der größten Abmessung der Schwingplatte, gemessen in der Drehebene der Unwuchtmassen der Vibrationsmotoren (3), auseinander und symmetrisch versetzt werden, und die Drehrichtung der Antriebswellen der beiden Vibrationsmotoren (3) gleich ist, wobei die Unwuchtmassen (4) beider Vibrationsmotoren (3) bezogen auf ihren Schwerpunkt um einen Winkel von etwa 180° phasenversetzt, aber synchron laufen, wodurch die beiden Vibrationsmotoren (3) in entgegengesetzter Richtung zueinander schwingen und dadurch eine Drehschwingung der Schwingplatte (1) um ihre zwischen den Vibrationsmotoren (3) verlaufende Trägheitsachse (5) erzeugen.1. wobei die Drehrichtungsänderung der Antriebswelle des betreffenden Vibrationsmotors (3) über eine elektronische Kontrolleinheit vorgenommen wird, die wiederum durch einen von einer Person bedienbaren Wahlschalter, der in einer Bedieneinheit integriert ist, angesteuert wird.
