Claims (16)

1. Formteil aus mindestens zwei zu einem einstückigen Körper verbundenen Kunststoffteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Kunststoffteil aus Polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) und mindestens ein Kunststoffteil aus Polyurethan (PUR) besteht.
2. Formteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das PUR-Teil geschäumt ist.
3. Formteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das PUR- Teil einen Kernkörper bildet, der von einem PDCPD-Hüllkörper umschlossen wird.
4. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine mehr­ schichtige Anordnung mehrerer PDCPD- und PUR-Teile.
5. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Glas­ faserverstärkung, die vorzugsweise aus eingelegten Glasfaserkurzschnitten oder aus Glasfasermatten besteht, und/oder durch eine Mineral- oder Kohlfaserverstärkung.
6. Formteil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasfasern in mindestens einer Vorzugsrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
7. Formteil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterschiedliche Glasfasern, die kreuzweise zueinander ausgerichtet sind, ein unterschiedli­ chen Schrumpfverhalten besitzen.
8. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens ein eingelegtes Insert, das vorzugsweise aus einem Metall besteht.
9. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, dass ein PDCPD-Teil nur teilweise mit einer PUR-Schicht überzogen wird.
10. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstückigkeit durch ein Spritzgießen mit anschließendem Aushärten unter PUR-Schaumbildung hergestellt worden ist.
11. Formteil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spritzgussteil nach dem RIM- oder S-RIM-Verfahren hergestellt worden ist.
12. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine PUR-Schicht durch Lackieren oder Aufsprühen auf ein PDCPD-Teil auf­ getragen worden ist.
13. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Kfz-Bauteil ist, vorzugsweise eine Stoßstange oder eine Lkw-Lade­ klappe.
14. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein korrosionsgeschütztes Rohr, insbesondere Abwasserrohr, oder ein Lagerbehälter ist.
15. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein mehrschichtiges Wandteil für einen Kühlschrank, Kühlhaus oder eine Kühlanlage ist.
16. Formteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, dass das PDCPD-Teil ein Insert ist, das von mindestens einem Hüllkörper aus PUR umschlossen ist.
