Claims (10)

1. Auftragsdüse (1) für eine Kartusche (6) mit einer mit der Kartusche (6) verbindbaren Eintrittsöffnung (10) und einer Austrittsöffnung (13), die über einen Kanal mit abgewinkelter Längsachse miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsdüse (1) mehrteilig mit einem rohrförmigen Winkelstück (2) und einem an einem Ende des Winkelstücks (2) ansetzbaren Düsenteil (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Düsenteil (3) die Austrittsöffnung (13) ausbildet und eine geradlinig verlaufende Längsachse (L3) aufweist und das Winkelstück (2) an seinem dem Düsenteil (3) abgewandten Ende die Eintrittsöffnung (10) ausbildet und eine abgewinkelt verlaufende Längsachse (L2) aufweist.
2. Auftragsdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsachse (L2) des Winkelstücks (2) unter einem Winkel (α) von 30 bis 120°, vorzugsweise 45° aus dem geradlinigen Verlauf abgewinkelt ist.
3. Auftragsdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Winkelstück (2) an seinem die Eintrittsöffnung (10) ausbildenden Ende ein Schraubgewinde (11) aufweist.
4. Auftragsdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß ein Adapter (5) zur Verbindung des die Eintrittsöffnung (10) ausbildenden Endes des Winkelstücks (2) mit der Kartusche (6) vorgesehen ist.
5. Auftragsdüse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Adapter (5) integral an das Winkelstück (2) angeformt ist.
6. Auftragsdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß das die Eintrittsöffnung (10) ausbildende Ende des Winkelstücks (2) entlang seines Außenumfanges (15) mehreckig ausgebildet ist.
7. Auftragsdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß das Düsenteil (3) auf das Winkelstück (2) endseitig aufschraubbar ist.
8. Auftragsdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß ein rohrförmiges Verlängerungsstück (4) mit geradlinig verlaufender Längsachse (L4) zum Einsetzen zwischen Winkelstück (2) und Düsenteil (3) vorgesehen ist.
9. Auftragsdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß zumindest das Winkelstück (2) aus einem bei Spritzdrücken von über 600 bar verarbeiteten thermoplastischen Kunststoff nach dem Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt ist.
10. Set zur Ausbildung einer Auftragsdüse (1) für Kartuschen (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, enthaltend ein Winkelstück (2) sowie mindestens ein Düsenteil (3) sowie gegebenenfalls ein Verlängerungsstück (4) und/oder einen Adapter (5).
