Claims (17)

1. Trainingsgerät für den menschlichen Körper, mit dem eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Übungen durchführbar ist, umfassend
  • - ein Bodenteil (1);
  • - eine vertikale Rahmeneinheit (2), die sich von dem Bodenteil (1) nach oben erstreckt und mit dieser verbunden ist;
  • - eine Sitzeinheit (3), die auf dem Bodenteil (1) verschiebbar, insbesondere in Richtung auf die vertikale Rahmeneinheit (2) und von dieser weg, und festlegbar gehaltert ist;
  • - Gewichte (5), die an oder in der vertikalen Rahmeneinheit (2) gehaltert und in vertikaler Richtung bewegbar sind;
  • - mindestens ein an der vertikalen Rahmeneinheit (2) angebrachtes Angriffsmittel, das gegen die Kraft mindestens eines der Gewichte (5) vertikal verschiebbar ist;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - das Trainingsgerät Zugmittel umfasst, die die Sitzeinheit (3) derart funktional mit mindestens einem der Gewichte (5) verbinden können, dass die Sitzeinheit (3) gegen die Kraft des mindestens einen der Gewichte (5) von der vertikalen Rahmeneinheit (2) wegbewegt werden kann.
