Die Erfindung betrifft eine reibungsoptimierte Stammpresse (
Am Markt bekannt sind textile Stammpressen auf Basis von Schwerlastspanngurten oder aus einem Stahlseil und einer mechanischen Hebelspannvorrichtung. Die am Markt bekannten Stammpressen aus Stahl sind bauartbedingt sehr schwer und unhandlich. Durch diese ergonomischen Nachteile wurden diese von den leichteren textilen Stammpressen am Markt abgelöst. Im Vergleich zur Stahlausführung haben textile Stammpressen den Nachteil, dass der breite Textilgurt auf der Baumrinde hohe Reibkräfte erzeugt. So lassen sich auch mit Hilfe einer Schwerlastratsche auch mit sehr langem Hebel nur relativ geringe Vorspannkräfte in der Baumumschlingung erzeugen. Auf der Baumrückseite, gegenüber der Spannvorrichtung, kommt, bedingt durch die hohe Reibung zwischen Textilgurt und Baumrinde, nur sehr wenig der von einer Spannvorrichtung erzeugten Kraft an. Weiter besteht das Problem, dass textile Gurte im Vergleich zu Stahlseil einen weitaus höheren Dehnungskoeffizienten aufweisen. Gerade bei dicken Baumdurchmessern und daraus resultierend langen Gurtlängen der Stammpresse, muss viel Gurt von der Spannvorrichtung, meist einer Schwerlastratsche, aufgewickelt werden. Mit zunehmender Gurtlänge und zunehmendem Wickeldurchmesser der Spannwelle der Ratschen-Konstruktion wird das Übersetzungsverhältnis der Spannratsche und dadurch die erzeugbare Vorspannkraft immer geringer. Stammpressen werden eingesetzt um Aufreißen längs der Faser bei zu Fällendem Bäumen oder Wert Holz zu verhindern. Bei Starkholz ist die Gefahr vom sogenannten Aufreißen besonders hoch, deshalb ist der Einsatz von einer Stammpresse insbesondere im Starkholz sinnvoll, aber hier kommen die vorgenannten Nachteile der am Markt bekannten Stammpressen durch die erforderliche Gurtlänge besonders zu tragen. With increasing belt length and increasing winding diameter of the tensioning shaft of the ratchet construction, the transmission ratio of the tensioning ratchet and thus the pretensioning force that can be generated becomes smaller and smaller. Log presses are used to prevent ripping along the grain when trees or valuable wood are to be felled. With thick wood, the risk of so-called tearing is particularly high, which is why the use of a log press makes sense, especially in thick wood, but here the aforementioned disadvantages of the log presses known on the market are particularly noticeable due to the required belt length.
