Kommt es zur Verschmutzung, ist die Signalfarbe nun schwer erkennbar. Der Betriebszustand kann nicht oder nur schwer erkannt werden. Dadurch kann und kommt es zu Betriebsstörungen. Bei meiner Konstruktion ist das Gehäuse ein klares oder satiniertes Plexiglasrohr, bei Bedarf auch Echtglas, das keine Kanten oder Absätze hat. Es ist schlank und leicht zu reinigen. Die Gefahr, dass ein Signal übersehen wird, ist daher sehr gering. Die von mir verbauten LED flex Platinen, spenden ein robustes Licht und sind sehr gut erkennbar. Die LED flex Platinen hat ein bis fünf Bereiche mit jeweils einer Farbe (rot-gelb-grün-blau-weiß). Die flex Platine wird auf ein rundes eloxiertes Aluminium-Rohr geklebt. Die Optik ist hochwertig und die Signale sind leicht zu erkennen. Stillstandzeiten werden reduziert, Signale schnell erkannt und Kosten gesenkt. Durch das Verbauen von LED-Linien, wird wenig Strom verbraucht und die Leuchten erwärmen sich nur minimal. Die hohe Schutzart (IP65) ermöglicht durch die statischen Dichtungen, ein großes Einsatzgebiet.
