Aber dadurch entstehen auch viele Ecken und Kanten, die schwer zu reinigen sind. Ein zentraler Chip beleuchtet die eingefärbten Dosen. Kommt es zur Verschmutzung, ist die Signalfarbe nun schwer erkennbar. Der Betriebszustand kann nicht oder nur schwer erkannt werden. Dadurch kann und kommt es zu Betriebsstörungen. Bei meiner Konstruktion ist das Gehäuse ein klares oder satiniertes Plexiglasrohr, bei Bedarf auch aus Echtglas. Das Gehäuse hat keine Kanten oder Absätze, es ist glatt, schlank und leicht zu reinigen. Die Gefahr, dass ein Signal übersehen wird, ist daher sehr gering. Die von mir verbauten LED Platinen, spenden ein robustes Licht, die Farben sind mischbar und erzeugen viele Farben und Farbnuancen, die sehr gut erkennbar sind. Die speziell gestanzte LED-Platine wird auf einem sechskantigen eloxierten Aluminiumstab geklebt. An der Nahtstelle der Platine befinden sich 3 Lötpunkte zur mechanischen Verbindung. Die LEDs haben einen Abstrahlwinkel von 120°. Eloxiertes Aluminium wird zum größten Teil verwendet. Aber auch Edelstahl in V2A oder V4A Qualität wird für besondere Einsätze verwendet. (Footbereich) Zur optischen Darstellung durch farbiges Licht, wird zusätzlich bei dieser Leuchte ein akustischer Signalgeber verbaut. Der akustische Signalgeber ist im Kopf der Signalleuchte montiert. Daraus ergibt sich ein großes Einsatzgebiet. Die Nachhaltigkeit der Signalleuchte erklärt sich dadurch von allein. Der akustische Signalgeber ist in der Signalleuchte intrigiert und muss nun nicht mehr im Schaltschrank eingebaut werden.
