Description
Nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik können faserhaltige Förderstoffe mithilfe von pneumatischen Fördersystemen über verschiedene Wege ans Ziel befördert werden. So können langfaserige Förderstoffe wie Stroh oder Heu frei an einen Zielort geblasen werden. Mit diesem Verfahren liegt allerdings eine sehr starke Streuung vor. Somit ist es nicht möglich, einen genauen punktuellen Zielpunkt der Förderstoffe zu bestimmen. Ausschließlich bei kurzfaserigen, feuchten Stoffen, wie zum Beispiel Maissilage, kann über einen Zyklon eine punktuelle Dosierung der Stoffe sichergestellt werden. Die Auswahl der zu fördernden Stoffe ist allerdings für den Anlagenbetreiber überschaubar, da langfaserige Stoffe nicht über einen Zyklon dosiert werden können, da sich das Material in dem Zyklon staut und der Zyklon-Auslauf demnach verstopft.According to the current state of the art, fibrous materials can be conveyed to their destination using pneumatic conveyor systems in various ways.
