Pedal für Rudergeräte und Spezialschuh für dieses Pedal, umfassend - eine Pedaleinheit (10), die wenigstens ein Unterbrett (11) und wenigstens zwei Schwenklager (12) umfasst, wobei auf den beiden Seiten des Unterbretts (11), und zwar nahe den Außenrändern jeweils eine Vielzahl von querlaufend nebeneinander und in Längsrichtung beabstandetangeordneten äußeren Einstelllöchern (110) für den Abstand zwischen den Füßen vorgesehen ist, wobei in dem mittleren Bereich des Unterbretts (11), und zwar beiderseits der Mittellinie jeweils eine Vielzahl von querlaufend nebeneinander und in Längsrichtung beabstandet angeordneten inneren Einstelllöchern (111) für den Abstand zwischen den Füßen vorgesehen ist, wobei die äußeren Einstelllöcher (110) auf der linken und rechten Seite des Unterbretts (11) symmetrisch zueinander und die inneren Einstelllöcher (111) beiderseits der Mittellinie des Unterbretts (11) symmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei das jeweilige Schwenklager (12) einen unteren Verbindungssockel (120) und ein oberes Gelenklager (121) aufweist, wobei an dem unteren Verbindungssockel (120) eine Vielzahl von Befestigungsbohrungen (120A) angeordnet ist, durch die jeweils ein Verbindungselement (120B) hindurchgesteckt ist, wobei an dem jeweiligen oberen Gelenklager (121) eine Bohrung (121A) für eine querlaufende Drehverbindung angeordnet ist, an welcher Bohrung (121A) ein Klickpedal (121B) so drehbar gelagert ist, dass das Klickpedal (121B) von der Mitte zur Seite des Unterbretts (11) hin verläuft, wobei die beiden Schwenklager (12) symmetrisch zueinander in den äußeren Einstelllöchern (110) oder inneren Einstelllöchern (111) für den Abstand zwischen den Füßen auf dem Unterbrett (11) angeordnet sind, wobei die Verbindungselemente (120B), die durch die Befestigungsbohrungen (120A) hindurchgesteckt sind, auch durch die äußeren Einstelllöcher (110) oder inneren Einstelllöcher (111) für den Abstand zwischen den Füßen hindurchgesteckt und mit diesen Einstelllöchern (110, 111) fest verbunden sind;
