Abstract
Falt-/Schweißanlage zur Endlosfertigung von Flachschlauchmaterial aus thermoplastisch beschichteten Verbundfolien (Laminatfolien) mit innen liegender Armierung bzw. Sperrschicht, wie Gewebe, Gitter, Faser und/oder Metallfolien (z.B. Aluminium, Kupfer, Edelmetalle) mit beidseitiger Beschichtung jeweils ≥125µm und Gesamtdicke ≥300µm dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbundfolie (1) im Faltbereich (3) erwärmt wird, zur Verhinderung der Verklebung durch austretende Schmelze beim Schweißen eine Trennlage (2) bzw. Schlepp-/Trennzunge (2a) vorhanden ist, die Verschweißung mittels Warmgas-/Heißluftschweißen (4) oder Heizelementschweißen (4) erfolgt, Die Schweißparameter des Heizelementes (4) regelbar sind und das Andrucksystem (5) ebenfalls in einstellbar ist.
Description
- Üblicherweise können nur einlagige Folien oder sehr dünne Verbundfolien endlos zu Flachschläuchen verschweißt werden, wobei eine eventuelle Schädigung des verarbeiteten Materials unerheblich ist. Dies findet z.B. in der Lebensmittelindustrie Anwendung, wo nur eine geringe Belastung des Materials durch Druck, Vakuum oder Flüssigkeiten über begrenzte Zeiträume erfolgt.
Bei Beaufschlagung des Flachschlauches mit Druck oder Unterdruck >0,5 bar würden diese Materialien zerstört werden.
Die Verschweißung der einlagigen oder dünnen Verbundfolien erfolgt üblicherweise im Siegelschweißverfahren. - Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Anlage zu schaffen, die in der Lage ist stärkere Verbundfolien endlos zu einem Flachschlauch zu verbinden, wobei der entstandene Flachschlauch höheren Drücken über lange Zeiträume standhält.
- Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, dass keine keine abschnittsweise Faltung und Verschweißung im Siegelschweißverfahren mehr nötig ist, wodurch eine kontinuierliche vollautomatische Fertigung möglich ist, was zu erheblicher Zeiteinsparung und Qualitätssteigerung führt.

3 fertiges Flachschlauchmaterial - In den Figuren ist der Aufbau der Anlage mit Ausgangsmaterial (
1 ), Trennlage (2 ), Schleppzunge (2a), Erwärmungszone (3 ), Heizelement (4 ) und Andrucksystem (5 ) dargestellt. - Beim Vorschub des Ausgangsmaterials (
1 ) wird dieses vor der Faltung im Faltbereich (3 ) erwärmt, mittels Warmgasdüse (Heizluft) oder elektrisch beheiztem Heizelement (4 ) verschweißt und der erforderliche Fügedruck durch das Andrucksystem (5 ) erzeugt. Hierbei wird durch gleichzeitigen Einzug einer Antihaft-Trennlage (2 ), z.B. silikonisiertes Papier, oder der Installation einer Schleppzunge im Schweißbereich (2a ) verhindert, dass die Ober- und Unterseite des Flachschlauches durch austretende Schmelze aneinander haften. - Bezugszeichenliste

Claims (6)
- Falt-/Schweißanlage zur Endlosfertigung von Flachschlauchmaterial aus thermoplastisch beschichteten Verbundfolien (Laminatfolien) mit innen liegender Armierung bzw. Sperrschicht, wie Gewebe, Gitter, Faser und/oder Metallfolien (z.B. Aluminium, Kupfer, Edelmetalle) mit beidseitiger Beschichtung jeweils ≥125µm und Gesamtdicke ≥300µm dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbundfolie (1) im Faltbereich (3) erwärmt wird, zur Verhinderung der Verklebung durch austretende Schmelze beim Schweißen eine Trennlage (2) bzw. Schlepp-/Trennzunge (2a) vorhanden ist, die Verschweißung mittels Warmgas-/Heißluftschweißen (4) oder Heizelementschweißen (4) erfolgt, Die Schweißparameter des Heizelementes (4) regelbar sind und das Andrucksystem (5) ebenfalls in einstellbar ist.
- Anlage nach
Anspruch 1 . dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbundfolie (1) im Bereich der Faltung (3) zur Verhinderung von Materialschädigungen beim Falten erwärmt wird. - Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verhinderung von Verklebungen der beiden Lagen des Flachschlauches beim Schweißvorgang im Bereich des Heizelementes (4) eine Trennlage (2) eingezogen wird, welche über Antihafteigenschaften verfügt.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verhinderung von Verklebungen der beiden Lagen des Flachschlauches beim Schweißvorgang im Bereich des Heizelementes (4) eine Schleppzunge (2a) vorhanden ist, welche über Antihafteigenschaften verfügt.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschweißung der Verbundfolie (1) durch thermische Plastifizierung mittels warmgas-/ heißluftbeheiztem oder elektrisch beheiztem Heizelement (4) erfolgt
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Andrucksystem (5) über einen regelbaren Anpressdruck verfügt.
