Description

The invention relates to a device for aqua gymnastics in swimming training.

Part of a swim training is the strengthening of the arm muscles by water aerobics. These devices for enlarging the palms and thus the water resistance in Schwimmbwegungen are known.

Object of the present invention is to provide a device with which the water resistance can be further increased at about the same size.

This object is achieved by attaching to the hands resistance discs made of a relatively rigid material, which is provided with flow passages. To design it is possible to manufacture the resistance disc of a buoyant material.

During swimming movements, for example when Armzug, the water is usually displaced and pulled the body in the direction of swimming.
