- Die Erfindung betrifft die Zusammensetzung einer Fischbrühwurst aus besonderen, bisher in dieser Art und Weise noch nicht erfolgten sowie aufeinander abgestimmten Zutaten, die sich wie folgt zusammensetzen:
frischem Fischfleisch (Lachs, Tilapia)
Rapsöl, Pökelsalz, Phosphat, Hela pikant, Röte, Kuttereis, Pfeffer, Muskat, Antioxidationsmittel
