Description
The invention relates to a tubular liner with an inner tube, an outer tube and at least one provided therebetween, in tube circumferential direction extending textile layer.
Non-accessible damaged pipelines are rehabilitated with so-called tube lining process, whereby a new ear is produced on site from curable molding compounds. For this purpose, a soaked with hardenable plastic carrier or reinforcing material is placed in a rehabilitated old pipe, being used as a curable plastic radiation-curing, usually UV-light-curing resins. To prevent sunlight from curing, the hose (relining hose, hose liner) on the outside also has a self-adhesive UV protection film, which is removed shortly before the hose is inserted into the old pipe. After the inserted tube is positioned and pressed by compressed air against the inner wall of the old pipe, one or more radiators, in particular UV lamps, are moved through the hose to harden the hose from the inside by means of the emitted radiation.
Known tube liners have one or more tube layers, which are each formed by a textile reinforcing web impregnated with hardenable material, the two of which overlap each other in the tube circumferential direction extending track ends. These overlaps make it possible for the outer diameter of the hose liner to increase under pressure and to adapt to the diameter of the old pipe to be rehabilitated. However, overlaps are also in the lower half of the hose, which is pressed by the internal pressure first to the old pipe, whereby the sliding of the overlapping web ends and thus the expansion to a larger diameter are difficult. Normally, manufacturers can only deliver foils and reinforcing webs up to a maximum web width of 4 m, so that hitherto hose liners can only be produced up to a diameter of approx. 1250 mm.
It is therefore an object of the invention to develop a tubular liner of the type mentioned in that the storage costs can be reduced and larger diameter can be produced in the simplest possible way.
B. Vliesstoffe, handeln. This object is achieved in that the at least one textile layer in the tube circumferential direction is composed of at least two impregnated with thermosetting material textile webs, which overlap each other in the tube circumferential direction web ends. In the textile webs may be textile reinforcing webs or textile webs without reinforcing effect, such. B. nonwovens, act.
According to the invention, the textile layers now have at least two overlaps (double overlapping) instead of a single overlap (single overlap). By clever combination of textile webs of different widths, larger diameters can be produced without the need to have a textile web covering the full circumference in stock. If, for example, a hose liner with a nominal width of 1000 mm (DN 1000) is to be produced, the required width of a single reinforcing web is then 1000 mm × 3.14 plus overlap, ie at least 3140 μm plus overlap. The same is achieved according to the invention by the use of reinforcing webs, which are actually intended for the production of hose liners with nominal widths of 600 mm (DN 600) and 400 mm (DN 400). This then results in a reinforcement layer with (600 mm x 3.14 + 400 mm x 3.14) plus overlap, ie also 3140 mm plus overlap. Two shorter reinforcement webs can reduce the costs of material storage and the required storage space.
According to the invention, pipe liners with diameters greater than about 1250 mm can also be easily produced, which hitherto could not be produced. In the case of tubular layers of two 4 m wide textile webs with double overlapping, theoretically diameters up to 2500 mm can be produced.
Preferably, the at least two textile webs are detachably fixed to one another at their overlapping web ends, so that the overlapping textile webs remain in position during the tube folding and in particular during the impregnation with the curable material. For example, the at least two textile webs can be glued at their overlapping web ends with an adhesive which dissolves again in the curable resin, so that the hose liner is not impaired or impeded in its expansion behavior after impregnation by the bond. The adhesive can be applied at the overlapping points - either over the entire length of the hose or at defined intervals.
More preferably, a plurality of textile layers are provided, which are each composed of at least two textile webs impregnated with hardenable material in the circumferential direction of the tube, the ends of the ends of which mutually overlap one another in the circumferential direction of the tube. It is particularly advantageous if at least one of the overlaps of each textile layer in the same upper Circumference half, in particular in the same upper peripheral third of the tube liner is arranged. Since the overlaps are on its upper half of the circumference, the tube liner expands under pressure easier or faster. This is because the overlaps located on the upper half of the circumference are pressed by the internal pressure later on the old pipe and slipping of the overlaps is not further complicated by the pressing of the pipe liner to the old pipe.
Preferably, a textile compensation web is arranged between the two front ends of at least one of the two textile webs in order to compensate for variations in wall thickness caused by the overlaps of the textile layer. Before the tube liner is widened, the compensation web can abut in the tube circumferential direction in each case abutment against the two front ends of the textile web.
The two textile webs of at least one textile layer can be either the same width or different widths. In the latter case, the shorter textile web advantageously forms the top layer of the textile layer in the installed position so that the overlaps are located on the upper peripheral half of the tubular liner.
