Folglich tritt das über die Fallleitung abgeleitete Niederschlagswasser an den entstandenen Öffnungen aus, sodass sich ein Wasserspiegel im Bereich der Kelleraußenwand aufbaut. Sofern diese nicht als ”weiße Wanne” ausgebildet ist, dringt dieses anstehende Wasser in das Mauerwerk ein und bewirkt gravierende Feuchtigkeitsschäden. Zudem entstehen Hohlräume unterhalb von befestigten Flächen, dies führt zu Setzungen wie z.
