Abstract

Frame (10) for juxtaposing stacked precast concrete parts (11) with a base frame (12) and a thereto at least approximately vertically arranged stacking frame (13), characterized in that the stacking frame (13) has at least two longitudinally extending stack rails (14) having at their ends in each case a tab (30) and a connecting profile (31).

Description

The invention relates to a frame for side-by-side stacking of precast concrete elements with a base frame and a thereto at least approximately vertically arranged stacking frame.

Generic racks are known from the prior art, which are suitable for side-by-side stacking of precast concrete parts with only small height. If precast concrete high height in the generic racks are stacked next to each other, there is a risk that the precast concrete tilt out of the racks or overturn the racks together with the precast concrete parts.

The invention has the object to improve a frame of the type mentioned in that the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided in the future.

The invention solves this problem with a frame of the type mentioned, in which according to the invention, the stack frame has at least two longitudinally extending stack rails having at their ends in each case a tab and a connection profile. At least one vertically extending post element may be attached to the connection profile. The upper ends of two parallel post elements can be connected to one another with a further stacking rail and the connection profiles arranged thereon. The stack rails, which can extend in the longitudinal direction of the frame, can thus be arranged parallel to one another between two post elements. The frame can therefore be extended almost arbitrarily upwards, so that even precast concrete high heights can be safely stacked side by side. At least one frame diagonal bar can be fastened to the tabs, which connects two adjacent stacking rails together and thus ensures the stability of the stacking frame.

Further, two diagonal bars can be attached to the connection profile, which are attached to the other end of the base frame. Thus, the frame also receives the required stability in the transverse direction.

At the ends of the connecting profile and the post member may be provided in each case a closure plate. The end plates may have two holes through which screws can be inserted to secure the connection profile and the post member together.

The end plate of the post element may have two obliquely opposite recesses and two obliquely opposite projections. When transporting the partially disassembled frame, two post elements may lie on one another, wherein the projection engages in the recess and prevents slippage of the post elements relative to each other.

For transport, the base frame and segments of the partially disassembled stack frame can be stacked. The one stack frame segment may be a quadrangular module, whereas another stack frame segment for transport has only one stack rail, so that it represents a U-shaped module. The frame does not have to be completely disassembled for transport, but only disassembled into the mentioned modules.

The base frame may have mutually parallel transverse profiles, which are provided with retaining tabs. The retaining tabs, which may be arranged along the transverse profiles, form stops in the transverse direction, so that the frame diagonal bars and the diagonal bars can be stored between the retaining tabs for transport.

In order to be able to transport the base frame and possibly the modules stacked thereon with a forklift, the base frame can have two longitudinal profiles arranged parallel to one another which have openings in the region in which the transverse profiles abut the longitudinal profiles. In the openings, the fork of the forklift can be inserted.

Thus, several precast concrete parts can be stacked in the frame next to each other, the stacking rail may have a plurality of holes through which bolts can be inserted. The precast concrete parts can thus be leaned against the bolts. In this way, many precast concrete parts in the longitudinal direction of the frame can be stacked next to each other.

An embodiment of the frame according to the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The 1 and 2 show a frame 10 in which precast concrete parts 11 can be stacked next to each other. The frame 10 has a base frame 12 and a vertically arranged stacking frame 13 on. The stack frame 13 has three parallel stacking rails 14 on.

The stack rails 14 are at their ends with tabs 30 and connection profiles 31 provided (see 3 ). At the ends of the connection profiles 31 are post elements 15 assembled. The connection profiles 31 are for this purpose with end plates 32 and the post elements 15 with end plates 50 provided (see 5 ). The end plates 32 and 50 have two holes 33 . 34 . 51 and 52 through which screws can be inserted to the post elements 15 with the connection profile 31 to be able to connect.

At the upper ends of the profile elements 31 can be more post elements 15 be mounted so that the frame in its height is almost arbitrarily extendable.

The end plate 50 has two obliquely opposite projections 53 and 54 and two obliquely opposite recesses 55 and 56 on. When transporting the partially dismantled rack 10 two post elements 15 can be stacked, the projections 53 and 54 in the recesses 55 and 56 engage and thus slipping of the post elements 15 prevent each other. To prevent the post element from slipping 15 opposite the base frame 12 to prevent is at the post element 15 a spike 57 attached to the base frame 12 provided recess 70 (please refer 7 ) can intervene when the partially dismantled stack frame 13 for transport to the base frame 12 is placed.

At the tabs 30 are frame diagonal bars 16 attached, which stabilize the stack frame. The tabs 30 also have several holes, which are used to mount the frame diagonal bars 16 or can be used for transport safety.

The frame 10 also has diagonal bars 17 and 18 on, at one end to the connection profiles 31 and at the other end on the base frame 12 are attached.

The precast concrete parts 11 lean against bolts 19 passing through holes in the stack rails 14 are plugged.

The basic frame 12 has two parallel longitudinal profiles 80 and 81 on (see 8th ). Between the longitudinal profiles 80 and 81 are parallel profiles arranged parallel to each other 82 . 83 . 84 and 85 assembled. On the cross sections 82 to 85 are tabs 86 attached, between which during transport of the partially dismantled rack 10 the diagonal bars 17 and 18 can be stored.

The longitudinal profiles 80 and 81 indicate in the area where the cross sections 83 and 84 on the longitudinal profiles 80 and 81 bump, openings 87 and 88 on. In the openings 87 and 88 a fork of a forklift can be inserted to the base frame 12 to transport.

Rack ( 10 ) for stacking precast concrete parts ( 11 ) with a base frame ( 12 ) and at least approximately vertically arranged stacking frame ( 13 ), characterized in that the stacking frame ( 13 ) at least two longitudinally extending stack rails ( 14 ), which at their ends in each case a tab ( 30 ) and a connection profile ( 31 ) exhibit. Rack ( 10 ) according to claim 1, characterized in that on the connection profile ( 31 ) two diagonal bars ( 17 . 18 ), the other ends at the base frame ( 12 ) are attached. Rack ( 10 ) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that on the tab ( 30 ) at least one frame diagonal bar ( 16 ) is attached. Rack ( 10 ) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one post element is arranged on the connecting profile.
