Montagehilfen werden üblicherweise im sogenannten Trockenbau benötigt. Gerade im Trockenbau, insbesondere beim Innenausbau mit Wänden aus Gipskarton, sind Stahlzargen für Fenster- und/oder Türauslässe vorzusehen. Die Wände bestehen üblicherweise aus einer Ständerkonstruktion, die beidseitig mit Gipskartonplatten beplankt wird. Die Stahlzargen sind aus Gründen der Stabilität und Versteifung zusätzlich mit Verstärkungen, vorzugsweise sogenannten Profil-Ständern versehen. Diese Ständer sind sehr genau auszurichten und dann im ausgerichteten Zustand mit der Stahlzarge zu Zwecken der Vormontage zu verbinden. Die Ausrichtung hat üblicherweise derart zu erfolgen, daß der jeweilige Ständer mittig an den Seitenblättern der Stahlzarge befestigt wird, so daß zu beiden Seiten des Ständers ein gleiches Maß an Überstand erreicht wird. Die Zarge bzw. die Seitenblätter stehen zu beiden Seiten des Ständers über, so daß Gipskartonplatten oder dergleichen zu beiden Seiten des Ständers montiert werden können, wobei zwischen den parallel gegenüberliegenden Gipskartonplatten ein Hohlraum entsteht, der üblicherweise mit Isoliermaterial gefüllt ist und/oder für Kabel und Leitungen genutzt wird.Assembly aids are usually required in so-called drywall construction. Praktisch wird auf folgende Weise vorgegangen: Die Zarge 50 wird zur Vormontage auf eine ihrer Längsseiten bzw. Seitenblätter 56, 57 abgelegt. Dann wird der Ständer 51 in Längsrichtung zur Zarge 50 auf diese aufgelegt. Durch das Überstülpen der Montagehilfe 10 an zwei voneinander beabstandeten Punkten wird der Ständer 51 wunschgemäß ausgerichtet und in dieser Position gehalten, so daß der Ständer 51 dann einfach und sehr präzise montiert werden kann. Des weiteren kann die Montagehilfe 10 aus unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sein. Die Montagehilfe 10, die auch als Zargenmaß bezeichnet werden kann, ist vorzugsweise aus Holz gefertigt. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Montagehilfe 10 aus anderen geeigneten Materialien, wie z. B. Kunststoff oder Metall herzustellen. Auch können anstelle der Schablone 24 andere Hilfsmittel an einem oder jedem Schenkel angeordnet sein. 2. Assembly aid according to claim 1, characterized in that the distance, namely the inner dimension of the two legs ( 21 , 22 ; 31 , 32 ; 41 , 42 ) arranged parallel to one another has a defined dimension.

3. Assembly aid according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each profile ( 20 , 30 , 40 ) is formed in one piece.

4. Assembly aid according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that several U-shaped profiles ( 20 , 30 , 40 ) can be plugged into one another.

7. Assembly aid according to claim 4, characterized in that the U-shaped profiles ( 20 , 30 , 40 ) are positively connected to one another in the assembled state.

8. Assembly aid according to claim 7, characterized in that the profiles ( 30 , 40 ) are provided with recesses ( 44 ) and corresponding elevations ( 44 ).

9. Assembly aid according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the assembly aid ( 10 ) is designed as a multifunctional compact element.

10. Assembly aid according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in the region of the leg ( 23 ) which connects the parallel legs ( 21 , 22 ), a template ( 24 ) is arranged on the side facing away from the legs ( 21 , 22 ).

11. Assembly aid according to claim 10, characterized in that the template ( 24 ) is designed to correspond to a door handle set.

12. Assembly aid according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the template ( 24 ) is detachably mounted.

13. Assembly aid according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that recesses ( 25 ) for receiving spare parts, tools or the like are formed on one or each outer side of the legs ( 21 , 22 , 23 ).

14. Assembly aid according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that grooves ( 26 , 27 ) are formed on one or each outer side of the legs ( 21 , 22 , 23 ), each of which is adapted to the profile shape of a frame ( 50 ).

15. Assembly aid according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the thickness or material thickness of at least the legs ( 21 , 22 ; 31 , 32 ; 41 , 42 ) is approximately 12.5 mm.
