Abstract

Funktionssohle (Bequem-Laufsohle) für Schuhe,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass
die Sohle aus widerstandsfähigem PU-Material eine Absatzrolle von 15 mm und eine Spitzenrolle von 20 mm enthält. Die Spitzenrolle beginnt vor dem Fußballen, damit beim Gehen ein leichteres Abrollen ermöglicht wird (Schmetterlingsrolle).

Description

  • Eine Funktionssohle üblicher Bauart ist im wesentlichen mit einer einzigen technischen Einrichtung zur Wirkung der Auftrittsdämpfung ausgestattet.
  • Der in den Schutzansprüchen angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, dass mehrere verschiedenartige Stoßdämpfungseinrichtungen in verschiedenen Bereichen des Sohle eingearbeitet sind und dadurch ein dynamisches Laufen bewirken.
  • Die Sohle ist mit einer Absatz- und einer Spitzenrolle ausgestattet, welche schon gleich vor dem Fußballen beginnt, damit beim Gehen eine leichteres Abrollen ermöglicht wird (Schmetterlingsrolle).
  • Der Stoßdämpfungsbereich 1 im Vorderfußbereich (4 mm dicker Latexschaum) gibt die Polsterung beim Gehen an den Fuß weiter und ermöglicht dadurch ein „softiges" Laufgefühl.
  • Der Stoßdämpfungsbereich 2 ("Schock-Absorber" aus 7 mm weichem, leichtem PU-Schaum) federt und mindert die auf den Fuß wirkenden Auftrittsstöße.
  • Der Stoßdämpfungsbereich 3 (Laufsohlenfläche bestehend aus einem kompakten PU-Material) hat sehr rutschhemmende Eigenschaften und bewirkt dadurch einen sicheren Stand des Fusses.
  • Gleichfalls einen seitlich sicheren Stand bewirkt der breite Auftritt der Sohle der Ebene und der breite Auftritt der Sohle im Gelenkbereich.
  • Die seitlich leichte Aushöhlung im Gelenkbereich bewirkt zusätzlich, dass die Sohle an der Kante Unebenheiten beim Auftritt absorbiert.
  • Die im Auftritt der Ferse nach innen gewölbte Auftrittsfläche der Sohle bewirkt einen weicheren Auftritt.
  • Die Kombination aus den sämtlichen Schutzansprüchen ermöglicht ein dynamisches Laufen.

Claims (6)

  1. Funktionssohle (Bequem-Laufsohle) für Schuhe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohle aus widerstandsfähigem PU-Material eine Absatzrolle von 15 mm und eine Spitzenrolle von 20 mm enthält. Die Spitzenrolle beginnt vor dem Fußballen, damit beim Gehen ein leichteres Abrollen ermöglicht wird (Schmetterlingsrolle).
  2. Funktionssohle (Bequem-Laufsohle) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehende Stoßdämpfungsbereiche eingebracht sind: Bereich 1) ist eine Einlage im Vorderfußbereich bestehend aus 4 mm dickem Latexschaum (Damenmodell: Länge 7 cm, Breite 6,5 cm; Herrenmodell: Länge 9 cm, Breite 8 cm). Bereich 2) ist eine Einlage als „Schock-Absorber", bestehend aus 7 mm dickem, weichen, leichten PU-Schaum (Damenmodell: Länge 6 cm, Breite 4,5 cm; Herrenmodell: Länge 7 cm, Breite 5 cm). Bereich 3) ist die Laufsohlenfläche, bestehend aus einem kompakten, rutschhemmenden PU-Material.
  3. Bequem-Laufsohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohle im Gelenkbereich einen ebenen, breiten Auftritt hat (Damenmodell: Länge 7 cm, Breite 6,5 cm; Herrenmodell: Länge 8 cm, Breite 8 cm).
  4. Bequem-Laufsohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine seitlich leichte Aushöhlung im Gelenkbereich bis zur Sohlenmitte besteht (Damenmodell: Tiefe 3 mm, Länge 11 cm; Herrenmodell: Tiefe 3 mm, Länge 13 cm).
  5. Bequem-Laufsohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohle im Auftritt der Ferse eine nach innen gewölbte Auftrittsfläche aufweist (Damenmodell und Herrenmodell: Wölbung nach Innen/Mitte 4 mm).
  6. Bequem-Laufsohle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der unter Ziffer 1) bis 5) genannten Schutzansprüche ein dynamisches Laufen bewirkt.
