Claims (10)

1. Leuchte umfassend einen Leuchtenkörper (1, 11), der fest an oder in einer Decke oder Wand eines Raumes anbringbar ist, sowie einen Leuchtmittelträger (4), der mindestens ein Leuchtmittel (9) haltern kann und mit dem Leuchtenkörper (1, 11) verbunden ist, wobei der Leuchtenkörper (1, 11) und der Leuchtmittelträger (4) schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Leuchtenkörper (1, 11) und Leuchtmittelträger (4) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass in einer ersten Stellung der Leuchtmittelträger (4) zumindest zu einem großen Teil von dem Leuchtenkörper (1, 11) aufgenommen wird und dass in einer zweiten durch die Verschwenkung erzielbaren Stellung der Leuchtmittelträger (4) zumindest zu einem großen Teil aus dem Leuchtenkörper (1, 11) herausgeschwenkt ist.1.
