Claims (10)
einen Basiskörper (2), in dem ein die Temperiereinrichtung aufweisender Temperierblock (5) angeordnet ist, an dem ein Aufnahmebereich (7) zum Aufnehmen von Reaktionsgefäßen ausgebildet ist,
einen Deckel (13) zum Verschließen des Aufnahmebereichs (7),
eine Hubeinrichtung (6) zum Anheben und Absenken des Temperierblocks (5) zum Erzeugen eines Anpressdruckes zwischen im Aufnahmebereich (7) befindlichen Reaktionsgefäßen und dem Deckel (13), und
einen Kopplungsmechanismus (9) zum Koppeln des Temperierblocks (5) mit dem Deckel (13), so dass beim Anheben des Temperierblockes (5) der Deckel (13) geschlossen und beim Absenken geöffnet wird.1.
