Abstract

The apparatus to heat reaction vessels, contained in micro-titration plates (8), has a base body (2) with a temperature control block (5) for heating/cooling. The body has an inner zone (7) to take the reaction plate, and a swing lid (13) to cover it. A lifting mechanism (6) raises and lowers the temperature control block, to press on the titration plate against the closed lid. A coupling (9), between the lid and the temperature control block lifting mechanism, moves the block upwards when the lid is closed, and downwards when the lid is opened. A lock hook (18) holds the lid in the closed position.

Claims (10)

1. Thermocyclenrorrichtung mit einer Temperiereinrichtung zum Temperieren von Reaktionsgefäßen, umfassend
einen Basiskörper (2), in dem ein die Temperiereinrichtung aufweisender Temperierblock (5) angeordnet ist, an dem ein Aufnahmebereich (7) zum Aufnehmen von Reaktionsgefäßen ausgebildet ist,
einen Deckel (13) zum Verschließen des Aufnahmebereichs (7),
eine Hubeinrichtung (6) zum Anheben und Absenken des Temperierblocks (5) zum Erzeugen eines Anpressdruckes zwischen im Aufnahmebereich (7) befindlichen Reaktionsgefäßen und dem Deckel (13), und
einen Kopplungsmechanismus (9) zum Koppeln des Temperierblocks (5) mit dem Deckel (13), so dass beim Anheben des Temperierblockes (5) der Deckel (13) geschlossen und beim Absenken geöffnet wird.

der Kopplungsmechanismus (9) derart ausgebildet ist, dass das der Deckel (13) vor dem Erzeugen des Anpressdruckes verriegelt wird.

der Verriegelungshaken (18) derart am Basiskörper (2) angeordnet ist, dass er bei einer Bewegung des Temperierblockes in Richtung zum Deckel vom Temperierblock entgegen der Wirkung des Federelements (20) in eine Position gedrückt wird, in welcher der Verriegelungshaken (18) die Verriegelungskante (17) hintergreift.
