Claims (7)

1. Endotrachealtubus mit einem flexiblen, einen Konnektor (3) für ein Beatmungsgerät aufweisenden Beatmungsrohr (2) und mit einer dem Beatmungsrohr (2) derart zugeord­ neten Fiberoptik, daß das Beatmungsrohr (2) und die Fiberoptik gemeinsam in die Trachea eines Patienten einführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fiberoptik unlösbar mit dem Beatmungsrohr (2) verbunden ist und den Querschnitt des Konnektors (3) freilassende Lichtwellenleiter (6, 7) enthält, deren Querschnitte wesentlich kleiner als der Innenquer­ schnitt des Beatmungsrohrs (2) sind und die Anschlüsse (12, 14) für Beleuchtungs- und Betrachtungsmittel aufweisen.
2. Endotrachealtubus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtwellenleiter (6, 7) an der Innenseite des Mantels des Beatmungsrohrs (2) befestigt und in einem vor dem Konnektor (3) liegenden Abschnitt durch den Mantel nach außen geführt sind.
3. Endotrachealtubus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtwellenleiter (6, 7) am Außenmantel des Beatmungsrohrs (2) befestigt sind.
4. Endotrachealtubus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtwellenleiter (6, 7) in den Mantel des Beatmungsrohrs (2) eingearbeitet sind.
5. Endotrachealtubus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fiberoptik wenigstens je eine, an einem Ende wenigstens eines Lichtwellenleiters (6, 7) ausgebildete Linse (8, 9) enthält.
6. Endotrachealtubus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtwellenleiter (6, 7) aus verspiegelten Lichtleitfasern gebildet sind.
7. Endotrachealtubus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den distalen Enden der Lichtwellenleiter (6, 7) wenigstens ein Thermoelement (15) zugeordnet ist.
