Das in den Fign. 1 und 2 dargestellte Übungs- und Massagegerät besteht aus einem stabförmigen länglichen Körper 10, der an einem oder beiden Enden mit einem vergrößerten Kopf 17sowie einem Gewicht 11 versehen ist. Das Gewicht 11 hat im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 2 eine zylindrische Form und im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 3 eine Kugelform; es versteht sich jedoch, dass das Gewicht 11 auch andere Formen haben kann. Zum besseren Erfassen des Übungs- und Massagegerätes sitzt auf einem Teil des äußeren Umfangs des Körpers 10 ein Handgriff 12, der sich auch über die gesamte Länge des Körpers 10 erstrecken könnte. Der Körper 10 und/oder der Handgriff 12 sind mit einer wellenförmigen äußeren Umfangsfläche 14 versehen, um das Erfassen des Übungs- und Massagegerätes zu erleichtern.
