The second supporting seat assembly 5 includes a second connecting tooth seat 51 installed at the other end of the outer tube 2 opposite to the inner tube 1, and a second supporting seat 53 installed on the second connecting tooth seat 51 through a second spring connecting module 52, wherein a third tooth portion 511 and a fourth tooth portion 531 are respectively provided on the opposite surfaces of the second connecting tooth seat 51 and the second supporting seat 53, the second supporting seat 53 and the second connecting tooth seat 51 are forced to form a gap by the elastic force of the second spring 521 in the second spring connecting module 52, the third tooth portion 511 and the fourth tooth portion 531 cannot be engaged, the second supporting seat 53 can rotate relative to the second connecting tooth seat 51, and at this time, the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 can rotate relative to the second supporting seat 53 to adjust the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 to a proper angle; when the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 relatively move outwards by at least one distance of the tooth space 11, the second supporting seat 53 is abutted with the second connecting tooth seat 51, and the third tooth portion 511 cannot be meshed, and the second supporting seat 53 is fixedly connected with the second connecting tooth seat 51. Specifically, the third tooth portion 511 is an arc-shaped tooth, and is equally distributed on the end surface of the second connecting tooth holder 51 according to the circumference, and a second stroke limiting groove 512 is formed on the outer edge of the second connecting tooth holder 51; the fourth tooth portion 531 is an arc-shaped convex tooth, and is equally distributed on the end surface of the second support seat 53 according to the circumference, and a second rotation stopping protrusion 532 is formed on the outer edge of the second support seat 53; the second rotation stop tab 532 is disposed in the second travel limit slot 512.
A second embedded portion 533 is formed at the upper end of the second supporting seat 53, and a second embedded groove 513 into which the second embedded portion 533 is embedded is formed at the end of the second connecting tooth seat 51; the second embedded portion 533 is embedded in the second embedded groove 513, and the second spring connection module 52 includes the second spring 521 installed in the second embedded groove 513 and abutting against an end of the second embedded portion 533, a third screw 522 sequentially passing through the second embedded portion 533, the second spring 521, the second connection tooth holder 51, and a third nut 523 installed in the second connection tooth holder 51 and screwed with the third screw 522.
The second supporting seat 53 is in a right angle shape, the butt joint of the second supporting seat 53 with the door frame is more stable, and a second anti-slip pad 534 is also fixed on the inner side of the second supporting seat 53, the second anti-slip pad 534 is used for butt joint with the door frame, so that the friction force is enhanced, and the structure is more firm after the door frame is mounted.
In summary, when the exercise bar 100 of the present invention is used, the locking handle 32 of the locking mechanism 3 is opened, so that the inner tube 1 can slide relative to the outer tube 2, and then the inner tube 1 is pulled outwards relative to the outer tube 2, so that the first supporting seat component 4 and the second supporting seat component 5 respectively abut against the inner walls of two sides of the door frame, and then the locking handle 32 is pressed down, so that the locking teeth 321 at the head of the locking handle 32 are engaged with the tooth grooves 11 at the upper end of the inner tube 1 in sequence, so that the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are forced to move outwards relative to each other by at least one distance between the tooth grooves 11 until the tail buckle module 33 is fastened on the base 31, so that the locking handle 32 is stably positioned on the base 31, at this time, the gaps between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are moved outwards relative to at least one distance between the tooth grooves 11 can be reduced, so that the gaps between the first supporting seat component 4 and the second supporting seat component 5 and the inner walls of two sides of the door frame can be ensured, and the whole exercise bar is stably mounted on the door frame, and the operation is very convenient; when the tail buckle module 33 is required to be disassembled, the tail buckle module 33 is pushed to separate from the base 31, the locking handle 32 is lifted upwards, the locking tooth 321 at the head of the locking handle 32 is meshed with the tooth groove 11 at the upper end of the inner tube 1 in the opposite direction, the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are forced to move inwards by at least one distance between the tooth grooves 11 relatively, and the gaps between the first supporting seat assembly 4 and the second supporting seat assembly 5 and the inner walls at two sides of the door frame are enlarged, so that the whole body-building rod can be disassembled relatively to the door frame rapidly, and the operation is very convenient.

1. An exercise massager comprising an exercise bar (100) and a massager module (200) mounted to the exercise bar (100) in an angle-adjustable manner, characterized in that:
the massager module (200) comprises an angle adjusting module (6) arranged on the body-building rod (100), a shaft core (7) arranged on the angle adjusting module (6) and extending out of two sides of the angle adjusting module (6), and a first massage wheel assembly (8) and a second massage wheel assembly (9) arranged at two ends of the shaft core (7), wherein the first massage wheel assembly (8) comprises a first locking shaft sleeve (81) sleeved on the shaft core (7) and capable of rotating relative to the shaft core (7), a first massage wheel (82) arranged on the first locking shaft sleeve (81) and a first unlocking button (83) arranged on the first massage wheel (82) in a sliding mode and sleeved at the end part of the shaft core (7), a plurality of first elastic lock catches (811) are formed at the end part of the first locking shaft sleeve (81), the first elastic lock catches (811) are clamped in a first annular lock groove (71) arranged at the end part of the shaft core (7), the end part of the first unlocking button (83) is arranged at the side of the first lock catches (83) so as to enable the first lock catches (83) to be elastically moved out of the first lock catches (811) along the first annular lock catches (83) to be opened in a direction, so that the first massage wheel assembly (8) can be detached relative to the shaft core (7); a plurality of first anti-tripping devices (831) are formed on the first unlocking button (83), and first mounting holes (823) for the first locking shaft sleeves (81) to penetrate are formed in the first massaging wheels (82).

The exercise massager of claim 1 wherein: the outer side of the first massage wheel (82) is provided with a first sliding mounting groove (821) and a plurality of first containing grooves (822) positioned at the bottom of the first sliding mounting groove (821); the first unlocking button (83) is installed in the first sliding installation groove (821), the first anti-tripping device (831) falls into the first accommodating groove (822), and the first anti-tripping device (831) is blocked by a first anti-tripping flange (812) arranged at the end part of the first locking shaft sleeve (81) so as to prevent the first unlocking button (83) from being separated from the first massage wheel (82), wherein an interval is formed between the outer wall of the first anti-tripping flange (812) and the first sliding installation groove (821).

The exercise massager of claim 8 wherein: the locking module (63) comprises a fixing pin (631) fixed in the fixing seat (61), a locking pin (632) penetrating through the fixing seat (61) and the angle adjusting seat (62) and a spring (633) installed in the fixing seat (61) and connected between the fixing pin (631) and the locking pin (632), a first angle adjusting chute (611) and a second angle adjusting chute (612) which are symmetrically distributed are arranged on the fixing seat (61), a plurality of first locking grooves (613) and second locking grooves (614) are formed on the side edges of the first angle adjusting chute (611) and the second angle adjusting chute (612) respectively, the locking pin (632) penetrates through the first angle adjusting chute (611) and the second angle adjusting chute (612), and the locking pin (632) is clamped and fixed in the first locking groove (613) and the second locking groove (614) under the elastic action of the spring (633), so that the angle adjusting seat (62) and the fixing seat (61) are locked together.
