Claims (9)

1. Wellenkraftwerk, das den Höhenunterschied zwischen Wellenbergen und Wellentälern zur Energieerzeugung nutzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein auf der Wasseroberfläche oder im Bereich der Wasseroberfläche schwimmender Ponton (1) über ein Gelenk (3) scharnierartig mit einer ebenfalls auf der Wasseroberfläche oder im Bereich der Wasseroberfläche schwimmenden Schaufel (2) gekoppelt ist, die Schaufel (2) der Wellenbewegung folgt, während der Ponton (1) durch einen tiefer im Wasser angeordneten und mit dem Ponton (1) verbundenen Unterbau, der einer Auf und Abwärtsbewegung des Pontons (1) entgegenwirkt, verbunden ist und die Schwenkbewegung der Schaufel (2) zum Antrieb eines Energieerzeugers eingesetzt ist.
2. Wellenkraftwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterbau aus einem Rahmen (6) besteht, der mittels Streben (4) mit dem Ponton (1) verbunden ist und auf dem Rahmen (6) Platten (5), vorzugsweise parallel zum Pontonboden, angeordnet sind.
3. Wellenkraftwerk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten (5) konkav oder konvex ausgebildet sind.
4. Wellenkraftwerk nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (6) bis unter die Schaufel (2) reicht und auch in dessen Bereich eine Platte (5) angeordnet ist.
5. Wellenkraftwerk nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil des Rahmens (6), der bis unter die Schaufel (2) ragt, gegenüber dem Ponton (1) durch weitere schräggestellte Streben (11) abgestützt ist.

Wellenkraftwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (3) entweder an der Oberkante des Pontons (1) und der Schaufel (2) oder an der Unterkante des Pontons (1) und der Schaufel (2) angeordnet ist und bei einer gemeinsamen waagerechten Stellung des Pontons (1) und der Schaufel (2) zwischen diesen ausgehend vom Gelenk (3) ein V-förmiger Spalt besteht.
7. Wellenkraftwerk nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Schaufel (2) vom Gelenk (3) weg verjüngt.
8. Wellenkraftwerk nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaufel (2) mit Hydrozylindern (10) an der Schaufel (2) und/oder dem Ponton (1) gekoppelt ist, derart, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Schaufel (2) die Hydrozylinder (10) bewegt und das dadurch in den Hydrozylindern (10) in Strömung versetzte Fluid einen Energieerzeuger antreibt.
9. Wellenkraftwerk nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Schaufel (2) über eine mechanische kinematische Kette (9, 8) auf einen Rotor auf dem Ponton (1) übertragbar ist, der einen Energieerzeuger antreibt oder selbst Bestandteil eines Generators ist.
