Description
The invention relates to intended for cheekless stairs and essentially self-supporting Wooden steps with at least two wooden parts glued to a blank and then finished, with the wooden step on the outside of the staircase is wider than on the inside of the stairs and is a piece of wood along the entire length of the step The step edge extends and the wood fibers of this part run parallel to the step edge.
Wooden steps of the specified type are described in the specialist book "Wooden stairs". It is important to increase the bending stiffness because wooden steps, which are intended for cheekless and essentially self-supporting stairs of all kinds in the spiral staircase area as well as for spiral staircases, are exposed to extraordinary stresses if they only rest on largely small center consoles that only have one Support the small area of the wooden step in the middle, or if the wooden steps for spiral staircases only rest on a largely short bracket on the inside and only a spacer bolt is provided on the outside between two wooden steps. Such wooden steps have to be made considerably narrower on the inside than on the outside. The consoles should also be able to be kept largely small without the thickness of the wooden planks used for the steps having to be particularly large. In this way, an architecturally sophisticated stair construction is to be made possible, in which the scaffolding supporting the steps takes a back seat as far as possible compared to the wooden stairs and the wooden steps meet all treading loads.
zeichnet, daß die beiden trapezförmigen Holzteile aus einer rechteckigen Bohle herausgeschnitten sind, deren Länge und Dicke der Holzstufe entsprichtdraws that the two trapezoidal wooden parts are cut out of a rectangular plank, the length and thickness of which corresponds to the wooden step
5. Holzstufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu einem Rohling verleimten Holzteile aus zwei Paar verleimter Trapezteile bestehen, wobei die Paare entlang' zweier faserparalleler kürzerer Schenkelseiten miteinander verleimt sind.5. wooden step according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the to a blank glued wooden parts consist of two pairs of glued trapezoidal parts, the pairs along ' two fiber-parallel shorter leg sides are glued together.
6. Holzstufe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu einem Rohling verleimten trapezförmigen Holzteile aus zwei etwa gleich großen Seitenteilen und einem Mittelteil bestehen, und die Seitenteile mit ihren faserparallelen kürzeren Schenkeln die vordere bzw. hintere Trittkante bilden.6. wooden step according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the to a blank glued trapezoidal wooden parts made of two side parts of about the same size and a middle part exist, and the side parts with their fiber-parallel shorter legs the front or rear Form a step edge.
Tragkörper aufweisen.7. wooden step according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the one step connected wooden parts in the area of the wider step part at least one in the middle Step-level bore running transversely to the fibers for receiving an iron rod or the like. Have support body.
8. Wooden step according to claim 7, characterized in that the holes in the wooden parts to the front and rear step edge of the step are designed as Blindbohi'ungen which are open to the respective glue joint .
9. wooden step according to claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the moisture of the wood ^ is 12%, preferably 8 to 12%.
A solution to this problem for the wooden step mentioned at the beginning was provided by the wooden step designed according to the invention, the characteristic features of which are that the second wooden part extends over the entire length of the step along the rear. Longitudinal edge extends and the wood fibers of the rear wooden part run parallel or essentially parallel to the rear longitudinal edge and the individual wood fibers of two wooden parts glued together along a glue line abut each other in the direction of the shorter broad side of the step at an acute angle like a herringbone.
The wooden steps designed according to the invention are able to cope with all the stresses and strains of stepping with consoles that are largely kept small, which also applies to the bending and torsional loads, because the high level of step resistance of the wooden step is maintained in full despite the shrinkage of the wood.
It is advantageous to manufacture the wooden parts from wooden sticks glued together parallel to the fibers. According to the invention, the wooden step can also be designed in such a way that the two wooden parts glued to form a blank each consist of approximately equal-sized, unequal-sided trapezoidal parts, which are glued along their longer, cut-through legs, with the shorter and longer base sides of the parts at obtuse angles stand on top of each other and the fibers run to the shorter legs.
According to a further proposal of the invention, it is provided that the two trapezoidal wooden parts are cut out of a rectangular plank, the length and thickness of which corresponds to the 1 lumber step.
According to a further proposal of the invention, the wooden step is designed so that it becomes a blank Glued wooden parts consist of two pairs of glued trapezoidal parts, the pairs along two fiber-parallel shorter leg sides are glued together; if necessary, you can also do so proceed that the glued to a blank trapezoidal wooden parts from two approximately the same size Side parts and a middle part are made, and the side parts with their fiber-parallel shorter legs form the front or rear step edge.
According to a further proposal, the wooden step is designed so that the connected to a step Wooden parts in the area of the wider step part at least one in the middle step plane transversely to the Fibers running bore for receiving an iron rod or the like. Have support body; it is there. Advantageously, the holes in the wooden parts to the front and rear edge of the step as Carry out blind holes that are open to the respective glue joint.
Schließlich kann man nach einem weiteren Vorschlag der Erfindung auch so vorgehen, daß die Feuchtigkeit des Holzes ^ 12% vorzugsweise 8 bis 12% beträgtFinally, according to a further proposal of the invention, you can also proceed in such a way that the moisture of the wood ^ 12% is preferably 8 to 12%
The torsional and bending stresses of a wooden step for spiral staircases are particularly great and can one od by the inventive arrangement of an iron rod. Like. Support body an essential Reach reinforcement. If you then still use blind bores according to the proposal of the invention, then an inserted iron rod is completely covered in the joined step.
