Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zur Unterdruck-Läuterung einer Glasschmelze mit einem por­ talartigen Unterdruck-Apparat, in dem die Glasschmelze über ein verti­ kales Steigrohr einer horizontalen Läuterbank zugeführt und über ein vertikales Fallrohr aus der Läuterbank wieder abgeführt wird, wobei über dem Glasfluss in der Läuterbank ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird und Vor­ kehrungen zur Zurückhaltung des über dem Glasfluss in der Läuterbank entstehenden Schaumteppichs vom Eintritt in das Fallrohr getroffen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Übergangsbereich (15e) des Steigrohres (15a) in die Läuterbank (15b) sich im Querschnitt ausgehend vom Querschnitt des Steigrohres (15a) vergrößert, und/oder
dass ein Übergangsbereich (15d) des Fallrohres (15c) in die Läuterbank (15b) sich im Querschnitt ausgehend vom Querschnitt des Fallrohres (15c) vergrößert.
