PVC-SchaumplattePVC foam board
Die herkömmliche PVC-Schaumplatte ist mit dem Druck- oder Spritzgußverfahren direkt aus PVC-Schaumstoff hergestellt, so daß die PVC-Schaumplatte eine niedrige Starrheit, Materialspannung und Festigkeit aufweist und sich leicht verformen läßt. Daher kann diese PVC-Schaumplatte nur als Füll- oder Schutzplatte verwendet werden und ist nicht geeignet für die Anwendung als Raumausstattung, Trennwand oder Zierwand und auch nicht für die Anwendung auf Möbelstück. Bezugnehmend auf Figur 1 schließt die erfindungsgemäße PVC-Schaumplatte 1 beim Druck- oder Spritzgußformen ein planes Metallmaschenwerk 11 in der Platte 10 ein. Das Metallmaschenwerk 11 ist aus Material mit hoher Materialspannung und Starrheit wie Eisen-, Stahl-, oder Aluminiumplatte oder -draht hergestellt und durch Stanzen, Ziehen oder Flechten geformt, wodurch die PVC-Schaumplatte 1 eine höhere Härte, Starrheit und Fonnstabilität aufweist. Dazu ist die Platte 10 beiderseitig mit einer Nut 101 und einer Feder 102 versehen, wodurch die Feder 102 einer Platte 10 in die Nut 101 einer anderen Platte 10 eingreifen kann. Um die Festigkeit und Spannung der Platte 10 der PVC-Schaumplatte 1 zu erhöhen und eine Biegeverformuiig der Platte 10 nach dem Zusammenfügen zu vermeiden, kann die Platte 10 an einer Seite mit zumindest einer Vertiefung 103 versehen werden.PVC foam board 1 is suitable for use as interior design, partition wall or decorative wall and also for use on furniture with higher strength requirements such as cupboards. Das Metallmaschenwerk 11' ist ebenfalls aus Material mit hoher Materialspannung und Starrheit wie Eisen-, Stahl-, oder Aluminiumplatte oder -draht hergestellt und durch Stanzen, Ziehen oder Flechten geformt. Anschließend wird das Metallmaschenwerk 11' gewellt und dann in das Formwerkzeug eingelegt. Dort wird das Metallmaschenwerk 11' mit dem PVC-Schaumstoff zusammen zur PVC-Schaumplatte &Ggr; geformt. Die Platte 10' ist wie die Platte 10 im vorstehenden Ausfulirungsbeispiel aufgebaut und wird haher nicht detailliert beschrieben.
