Claims (16)

1. Schutzkappe für einen elektrischen Steckverbinder zum Abdecken der elektrischen Anschlußelemente des Steckver­ binders vor der Herstellung einer Steckverbindung mit einem Gegenstück, wobei die Schutzkappe zur Aufnahme eines Abschnittes des elektrischen Steckverbinders ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schutzkappe (2) ein Betätigungselement (25) vorgesehen ist, das als Werkzeug zur Befestigung des Steckverbinders (1) an einem Gegenstück verwendbar ist.1.
