Claims (5)

1. Sicherungseinrichtung für Mobiltelefone (Handys) und mobile Computer (Notebooks/­ Laptops), die in ihrer Einheit aus einem Geräteteil (3) und einem Sicherungsteil (2) bestehen, welche in Funktion in einer ständigen, kommunikativen und aufeinander abstimmbaren Funkverbindung stehen.
2. Sicherungseinrichtung nach Schutzanspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Überschreitung eines einstellbaren Entfernungsbereiches (4) im Geräteteil und im Sicherungsteil ein Alarmsignal ausgelöst wird, wobei das Geräteteil dem Benutzergerät (1) (Handy, Notebook oder Laptop) einen Ausschaltbefehl (bzw. herunterfahren) erteilt.
3. Sicherungseinrichtung nach Schutzanspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Signalteil (2) einen Speicher besitzt, welcher die Daten des Handys bzw. wichtige Daten eines Notebooks oder Laptops aufzeichnen kann.
4. Sicherungseinrichtung nach Schutzanspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Geräteteil (3) bei neuzuentwickelnden Benutzergeräten direkt vorgesehen werden kann, wobei auch die Integration in der Batterie-Abdeckung, bei einer Erweiterung bereits bestehender Benutzergeräte-Typen, realisierbar ist.
5. Sicherungseinrichtung nach Schutzanspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungsteil (2) eine Alarm-Stummschaltung (wobei die Ausfunktionen der Benutzergeräte nicht beeinflußt werden) sowie eine Alarmsignal-Löschtaste aufweist.
