Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Wachsausschmelzgießen, umfassend:
  • - eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme einer Gußform,
  • - eine Einrichtung zum Schmelzen einer bestimmten Menge an Metall,
  • - eine Einrichtung zum Einschütten von geschmolzenem Metall in die Gußform, und
  • - eine Einrichtung zur Aufrechterhaltung eines differenzierten Maßes an Vakuum um die Schmelzeinrichtungen und die Wände der Gußform herum,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Wirbelstromerwärmungseinrichtung zum Schmelzen des Metalls aufweist.

  • - ein Thermoelement zum Messen der Temperatur am Boden des Schmelztiegels,
  • - eine Einrichtung zum Schütten des geschmolzenen Metalls in die Gußform, und
  • - eine Einrichtung, um den Schmelztiegel herum ein Maß an Vakuum zu erzeugen, das größer ist als das um die Gußstücke herum erzeugte Vakuum.
