Claims (12)

1. Trainingsgerät (100, 100A, 100B), gekennzeichnet durch:
ein Gehäuse (10, 10A, 10B), das mit einem ringförmigen Kanal (14, 14B) gebildet ist und dafür ausgelegt ist, von einem Benutzer mit mindestens einer Hand gegriffen zu werden; und
ein Gewichtselement (20, 20A, 20'), das gleitfähig in dem ringförmigen Kanal (14, 14B) aufgenommen ist;
wobei das Gehäuse (10, 10A, 10B) dafür ausgelegt ist, durch die mindestens eine Hand des Benutzers zu drehen, um das Gewichtselement (20, 20A, 20') dazu zu veranlassen, entlang des ringförmigen Kanals (14, 14B) zu gleiten, um eine Trainingswirkung zu erzielen.1. Training device ( 100 , 100 A, 100 B), characterized by :
a housing ( 10 , 10 A, 10 B) which is formed with an annular channel ( 14 , 14 B) and is designed to be gripped by a user with at least one hand; and
a weight member ( 20 , 20 A, 20 ') slidably received in the annular channel ( 14 , 14 B);
