Claims (3)

1. Elastischer kugelförmiger Handmuskelentwickler, gekennzeichnet durch einen elastischen kugelförmigen Körper (1), der eine Innenschicht (11) und eine Außenschicht (12) aufweist, wobei im kugelförmigen Körper (1) eine Luftkammer (3) vorgesehen ist, die von der Innenschicht (11) umgeben ist, wobei in den kugel­ förmigen Körper (1) ein Luftventil (13) eingebettet ist, mittels welchem in die Luftkammer (3) Luft pumpbar ist und wobei der kugelförmige Körper (1) von der Luftkammer (3) beabstandet mindestens ein einen Handgriff bildendes Durch­ gangsloch (21) aufweist.1.
