Claims (5)

1. Testkit zur Isolierung hochreiner total RNA unter selektiver Entfernung kontaminierender DNA gekennzeichnet durch
  • a) Lysis Solution R, enthaltend Guanidinisothiocyanat, DTT, Trinatriumcitrat Dihydrat, N-Lauryl Sarcosin, eine Adsorbin-Carrier Suspension, die moriodisperse und homogene Silica-Partikel mit spezifischen Oberflächen von 40-300 m2/g und Partikelgößen von 30- 100 nm, vorzugsweise 40 nm, aufweist;
  • b) Wash Buffer R I, enthaltend Guanidinisothiocyanat, Tris-HCl, Ethanol;
  • c) Wash Buffer R II, enthaltend Tris-HCl, NaCl, Ethanol;
  • d) Elution Buffer R, der DEPC-behandeltes RNase freiesWasser darstellt;
  • e) feste Phasen;
  • f) Auffanggefäße.
2. Testkit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Binding Buffer R, der 70%iges Ethanol enthält, aufweist.
3. Testkit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als feste Phasen Filtrationssäulchen mit Glasfaservlies aufweist.
4. Testkit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er, als feste Phasen Mikrotestfilterplatten im 96 Well-Format mit Glasfaservlies aufweist.
5. Testkit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als feste Phasen Mikrotestfilterplatten im 384 Well-Format mit Glasfaservlies aufweist.
