Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kupplungselement. Zur Kupplung nicht exakt fluchtender Wellen bedient man sich zwischengeschalteter Kupplungselemente. Besonders bei der Montage von Massenartikeln ist es wichtig, diese Kupplung mit möglichst geringem Arbeitsaufwand durchzuführen. Erfindungsgemäß besteht das Kupplungselement aus Antriebsrad 1, Abtriebsrad 2 und dazwischenliegender Kreuzscheibe 4, wobei die Kreuzscheibe um 90° versetzte Außennuten 8a bis 8d aufweist, sowie Antriebs- und Abtriebsrad jeweils mit um 180° versetzten Klauen 10a bis 10d versehen sind, welche mit radialem Spiel in die Nuten der Kreuzscheibe eingreifen. Um eine drehmomentschlüssige Verbindung herzustellen, bilden Antriebsrad 1, Abtriebsrad 2 und Kreuzscheibe 4 und Schrauben 5 mit Distanzhülsen 6 eine bauliche Einheit. Zwischen Antriebs- und Abtriebsrad 1, 2 verbleibt axiales Spiel, um eine Verschiebung beider gegeneinander zu ermöglichen, wobei das Abtriebsrad 2 mit einer axial beweglichen, formschlüssigen Verbindung 7 mit einer Abtriebswelle 3 gekuppelt ist. Da bei der Montage des Kupplungslements lediglich die Kreuzscheibe 4 zwischen Antriebsrad 1 und Abtriebsrad 2 eingelegt werden muß, ist der Arbeitsaufwand minimal.The invention relates to a coupling element.
