Die Blumenkasten-Halterung wird lediglich am Mauerwerk des Gebäudes durch abgewinkelte Arme 5a, 5b befestigt, wobei die abgewinkelten Arme 5a, 5b mit Klemmverschraubung 6a, 6b der gesamten Halterung als Stütze dienen. Durch die waagerecht verlaufende Begrenzung (Reling) 2 mit den abgewinkelten Armen als äußere, seitliche Begrenzungen 5a, 56 und der Fensterbank als Auflagefläche werden Blumenkästen und -töpfe auch bei Sturmböen sicher gehalten.Die gesamte Blumenkastenhalterung kann jedoch auch eine andersartige Formgestaltung aufweisen, die den gleichen Zweck erfüllen (siehe baul. Alternative Fig. IV; Weitere nicht dargestellt).
