Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vehicle roof container with additional devices for easy loading and unloading of various one-piece, often heavy goods, in particular Wheelchair, stroller, bike, boat or suitcase.
Facilities are known for loading and unloading wheelchairs into the interior of a Enable vehicle, especially a car or bus. WO 95/19 158 A1 writes a device for transporting wheelchairs in the rear of a car. The German utility model G 83 25 926.0 includes a motor vehicle with a device for introducing a wheelchair so that the wheelchair trans. between front and rear seats is ported. When accommodated in the vehicle, it is disadvantageous that less space is available inside the vehicle. Wheelchair roof lifts are also known which allow the wheelchair to be placed on the roof of the car to accommodate. Such roof boxes have a lifting and lowering device, by means of which the wheelchair can be lifted and stored under a plastic structure. The before However, directions require and are more or less expensive conversions of the vehicle due to their design principles in the production complex and therefore relatively expensive. From DE 44 12 689 A1 a wheelchair roof case is known, which is suitable for all common car Types without their conversion is suitable. This enables the wheelchair to be removed from the roof box of a mechanism in an unloading position to the side of the vehicle. The hey The wheelchair is raised and lowered using a motor-driven cable. By sliding NEN the wheelchair is moved sideways away from the vehicle to establish contact between To prevent the wheelchair and vehicle from being lifted or lowered. The disadvantage here is, however, that the stability of the roll by using a cable for the wheelchair hitch chair is not secured when lifting or lowering. Pendulum movements of the free hanging on the rope wheelchair can z. B. can not be prevented in wind. Likewise, the rope will not Hang vertically downwards unless the vehicle is parked on a level surface. So can it cannot be excluded that the wheelchair tips over when lowering. Furthermore located after lowering or before lifting the wheelchair at a significant distance from the Vehicle. This makes it more difficult for the disabled person if he does not rely on the help of another person needs to be instructed to handle the wheelchair from the driver's seat. In addition, the Space for loading and unloading the wheelchair due to the heavy traffic or in the more and less available parking spaces are not always available.
The invention has for its object a vehicle roof container with additional equipment conditions for easy loading and unloading of various one-piece, often heavy goods Special wheelchair, stroller, bike, boat or suitcase to suggest where the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided and in particular a safe loading and unloading enables the smallest possible distance from the vehicle and also from one individual, who may be restricted in their freedom of movement.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that a horizontally and vertically movable res, motor-operated telescopic rail system can be extended to the ground. While driving For this purpose there is a transport lift consisting of at least one drive, a horizontally and vertically movable, motorized telescopic rail system, at least one guide rail and at least one support.

In Fig. 3 by the electric motor 6 via toothed belt 7 horizontally extended telescopic rail system 8 is shown. For this purpose, the vehicle roof container 2 consists of a fixed roof half 22 and a roof half 21 that can be moved by means of a joint 24 . The movable roof half 21 rises when the telescopic rail system 8 is extended by a linkage 13 . The telescopic rail system 8 slides when extending laterally via support rollers 10 within guide rails 11 and on a support 24 until a fixed stop 12 is reached . When the fixed stop 12 is reached , the electric motor 6 switches off automatically. In the retracted state, the telescopic rail system 8 and the guide rails 11 rest on support rails 25 . Telescopic rail system 8 , guide rails 11 and support rails 25 are movably connected to one another by means of deflection rollers 20 , which simultaneously hold the toothed belts 7 . The guide rails 11 have a C-shaped cross-sectional profile.
In FIG. 4, a guide rail 14, also with C-shaped cross-sectional profile is shown which has been folded out of the telescopic rail system 8. Here, the electric motor 15 via a rope 17 and pulleys 16 releases the guide rail 14 , which slides through its egg weight in the guide rail 26 down. When the end stop 19 is reached, the guide rail 14 is held in a vertical position.
FIG. 5 shows a guide rail 18 which slides out of the guide rail 14 when the cable 17 is further released by means of an electric motor 15 . The guide rail 18 has a C-shaped cross-sectional profile. Rope 17 is connected at one end to the guide rail 18 and at the other end via the deflection rollers 16 to the electric motor 15 . When the wheelchair 5 reaches the floor, the electric motor 15 is switched off. The wheelchair 5 parked on the floor in this way can be easily reached from the driver's seat. As long as the wheelchair 5 is firmly locked on the guide rail 18 , the wheelchair 5 will not tip over or an unwanted lateral or pendulum movement will be prevented. The wheelchair 5 is fastened by means of a quick fastener, not shown in the figure. The operation takes place via toggle switches, which are e.g. B. on the dashboard inside the driving tool 1 are. The wheelchair 5 is stowed in the reverse order of the above-mentioned procedural steps. Of course, not only wheelchairs, but also any other type of different one-piece, often heavy goods, e.g. B. Kinderwa conditions, bicycles, boats or suitcases, load and unload or transport.
