Motorräder) mit dem motorbetriebenen Zweirad bestückt/kommissioniert werden, um dann per Bahn, per Schiff (Container) und per LKW (Container, Wechselbrücke) transportiert zu werden. Im Anschluß wird die beladene TLV zum Händler/Kunden verbracht. Bei der nächsten Anlieferung kann die TLV dem Logistikkreislauf wieder zugeführt (in das Mehrwegsystem) werden. Die Logistikfunktionen erfolgen im Mehrwegsystem im Kreislauf vom Werk zum Kunden und zurück oder von Kunde zu Kunde im globalen Raum.The TLV is not necessarily a packaging in which the item only is completely enveloped. Durch die Verzurrung kann das Motorrad innerhalb der Radmulde somit verzurrt und gesichert werden. Die Bodengeometrie der TLV weißt eine flache und mehreckige Grundfläche (Dimension) auf. Von deren Grundfläche werden Eckprofile aufgerichtet und im Fixierungsprofil gesichert. Das Fixierungsprofil dient im beladenen Zustand des TLV (transportierbares Motorrad) dazu, ein weiteren beladenen TLV aufeinander zustapeln. Desweiteren ist die Sicherung der aufeinander gestapelten und beladenen TLV möglich. Die Verriegelung der beiden aufeinander gestapelten und beladenen TLV erfolgt über das Fixierungsprofil mit Hilfe eines Elementes und am oberen Ende des Eckprofiles über ein weiteres Verbindungselement. Die positionsgenaue Aufeinanderstapelung wird gewährleistet durch einen sogenannten Teller, worin das obere Ende des Eckprofiles einrutscht und zentriert wird. Eine Unterfahrbarkeit mittels Hubwagen und Stapler von allen Seiten ist gewahrleistet. Der TLV kann im leeren Zustand über die Fixierprofile in die Teller mindestens achtfach in einem Container oder Wechselbrücke gestapelt werden. Der beladene TLV kann über die Enden des Eckprofiles in die Teller mindestens sechsfach im Lager gestapelt werden. Mit dem Eckprofil 2 können die Bewegungen und die Fixierung über das Sitzmaul 6 realisiert werden, da das Eckprofil 2 über den Führungsbolzen 7 im Langloch des Fixierprofil 5 bewegt und über den Sitzbolzen 8 im Sitzmaul fixiert oder arretiert werden kann.
