Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a container (container) with in essential cuboid outer structure for trans port of goods, a lower part, one to the lower part in essentially parallel top, two essentially parallel end pieces and two substantially parallel Side parts include.
Such a, an essentially outer cuboid The structure of the container is generally below the term "transport container" or "container" known. Containers of this type are used as containers for Transport of almost all goods, especially in the ship transport, used, and increasingly so too for ships designed exclusively for the "container Transport "are designed (container freighter), or but also on other cargo ships in the hold or as a deck load. These containers are designed so that they are particularly tough when it comes to shipping Can withstand transport and storage operations. Such Containers are in terms of their size, the type of Connectivity of several containers on top of or next to each other the and in terms of their construction and durability national and international requirements certain norms such as ISO or standardized according to DIN. Any specialist in the field knows how to use containers this type of construction down to the smallest detail forms are, so that at this point another Going into it is unnecessary.
Especially when transporting vehicles by sea, especially special motor vehicles, and again in particular for the transport of passenger vehicles Special ships are used, which are designed in such a way that the motor vehicles in a port / seaport own engine power into the special ships and there for sea transport almost normal as in one normal stationary car park. The driving Tool transport ships point to this, just like stationary ones Multi-storey car parks, over stacked decks. For example in modern special vehicle transport ships eleven and more decks stacked. In itself, this represents Type of vehicle transportation using such a special ships are principally economically justifiable of the transport. The vehicles can in the port / Seeha with their own engine power into the special ship brought, they need during sea transportation not to be stowed and lashed separately and they can in turn do the same at the destination Leave the ship using your own engine power.
This type of vehicle transportation by means of such However, special ships have a significant disadvantage which is economically justified. For one, can such special ships for the transport of other goods and Goods are used only very limited if at for example on the way back from a destination, where the vehicles transported there are unloaded no vehicles from there or from transported there as intended to another location should be d. that is, the special ship in many which makes one direction empty runs. This is natural associated with great losses since the ship as such of course must be returned to a place where it is loaded with vehicles again can be used to carry out another transport etc. fuel for the ship as well as general Ship operating technology must still maintain be what is equally for the crew of the speci alschiffes applies. Another major disadvantage is that the production costs of such special ships are considerably high, which in turn is reflected in transportation costs for vehicles using such Special ships will find. After all, there are Special ships also with regard to cargo distribution and Cargo handling relatively inflexible when for example in the case of sea transportation by means of such Special ships at certain stopovers in the ports again only unload certain quantities of vehicles should be. Such special ships are regular so optimized loaded with motor vehicles that a Partial unloading of vehicles at stopovers, if at all, only with considerable congestion and time expenditure is possible.
In addition to transporting the vehicles to this special ships, the use of which is always a certain, very large number of to be transported on one route assuming the vehicles are smaller vehicles quantities in existing standard containers also in the port driven and shipped with these containers. The The main disadvantage is that the for e.g. B. Cars very unfavorable dimensions and high weights of standard containers only a very uneconomical one Allow loading density and thus transport performance.
Für beide, heute gebräuchlichen Verfahren - Transport
auf Spezialschiffen und Transport in Standard-Containern - sind
zwei wesentliche Nachteile zu nennen:
Two major disadvantages are to be mentioned for both methods that are used today - transport on special ships and transport in standard containers:
The vehicles have to be reloaded several times, e.g. B. from the car transport vehicle - truck - to the port, from there into the container or onto the special ship and at the destination again in reverse order, which is a relatively high risk of damage to the Brings vehicles with it.
The vehicles must be in the entire transport chain drivable, d. H. e.g. B. be kept fueled.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to Transportation of goods, especially mobile To create goods, such as motor vehicles, especially cars fen, where the disadvantages listed above, such as for example at previously provided for this Means of transport can be found, do not occur with the small Gütermar also in an easy and safe way ken can be handled with a high degree of Flexibility and easy handling when loading and unloading allowed and easily into existing ones Transport concepts can be integrated, this Transport possibility in a simple way and therefore is inexpensive to provide and loading and Unloading of the goods to be transported on simple Way is possible.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the container is designed such that in this essentially horizontally jammed vehicles are recordable.
The main advantage of the solution according to the invention is that now the vehicles in proportion moderately manageable, small units transported can be d. H. Special vehicles like special lake ships that are dispensable with all of them advantages of good manageability even smaller Margin of goods, the container according to the invention such is designed so that the previous loading and unloading Equipment for onshore containers for loading normal ships, railway wagons and also trucks can be used. The container according to the invention can be handled just like a normal one Container because of its external structural Build yourself up from a normal standardized container no difference. The container according to the invention can on any normal ocean-going ship, on any normal Railway wagon and on every road truck trailer be included without this being a separate measure men needs. Because of its standardized dimensions the container according to the invention also, ultimately just like the standard containers are manufactured inexpensively and thus also ready for mass use be put. By the possibility of a temporary slight inclination (tipping) of a track arrangement in the container you can see the vehicles at the place of manufacture Let it roll directly into the containers via loading ramps - without Self-propelled - and you can drive the vehicles without Reload safely in this container over the entire Transport chain - road / rail, sea, road / rail - transpor animals and you can tilt them over again (Tilting) of the rails without self-propelled Roll the unloading ramps out of the transport containers to let.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the container this one essentially comprises the lower part, the Upper part, the side parts and the front parts forming Frame. Its dimensions and weight are chosen so that compared to standard containers, the possible Vehicle transport performance doubled per container volume pelt, tripled in some cases. Through the advantageous embodiment of the Container is taken into account that the Vehicles as a cargo itself a relatively large one Have inherent stability and transport security, d. H. basically closed containers like normal ones Standard containers are not required. By the frames designed according to the invention can be the sub part, the top part, the front parts and the side parts fully covering covers, as in Stan dard containers are naturally present. It there is no need to fear that the vehicles will also work at rough sea transport from your parking or transport station can be moved out and damaged. By means of the proposed advantageous construction the weight of the container can be absolutely necessary minimum be reduced. Suitable constructions the framework may provide that sufficient Stiffness in terms of torsion, deflection and Prevention of vehicle side leakage guaranteed from the container.
Basically, it is possible to use the inventive Containers also during the transportation of vehicles to leave fully open, but with the front parts a plate-shaped closure, for example can be opened, closed and locked, too provided, on the one hand, for easy loading of the container ters with vehicles and on the other hand in Longitudinal form a conclusion, so that the Vehicles moving in the longitudinal direction, for what reasons whatever, can’t move out of the container. Basically, it is also possible to if necessary, also the lower part and the upper part, with flat, to provide plate-shaped closures that can be detached if necessary can be designed to provide minimal protection against Weather conditions during transport Afford. Such flat terminations can consist of solid Best materials, but also from flexible materials hen, for example made of plastic tarpaulin or textile Materials.
To ensure that a maximum possible amount of Vehicles placed in a container for transportation can be taken, this is advantageously in two stacked container sections below shares, in each of which vehicles essentially can be picked up horizontally in a row. The Container according to the invention is dimensioned in this way sen that due to the average vertical Average vehicle height two layers Motor vehicles one above the other in the invention Containers can be accommodated.
On the one hand, guiding the vehicles when unloading and loading and on the other hand also during the transport of the vehicles with the invention Containers can easily be stowed or transported to achieve security without a separate lashing dimension are necessary, it is advantageous in longitudinal direction of the container substantially parallel to Lower part or upper part of guide rails for opening provision of the wheels of the vehicles. This lead Guide rails can be used in pairs for loading and unloading a device that is part of the container, be tilted.
In this case, it is particularly advantageous to Form the guide rails so that they are in the cross are essentially U-shaped, so that the wheels of the driving to come stand on it are at least partially guided laterally and thus in a simple way for both rolling in as well as for rolling out the vehicles in the Container or out of the container, as well as for one Lateral transport protection for the vehicles has been worn.
The basic design of the container according to the invention is can be handled like a normal standard container. I agree as with standard containers, the problem sometimes arises on that no return at the destination of the container freight for the seagoing ship, the railway wagon or also the truck trailer is in place, so that the container in empty form must be transported back. This is but the capacity of the means of transport (seagoing ship, Railway wagon, truck trailer) restricted, in particular the other if again at some stopover Containers or containers must be included. Around in this case the existing empty container volume to reduce as much as possible, it is advantageous to form the container so that it to obtain a Empty transport position is collapsible. It can for example in an advantageous embodiment of the Container the lower part is lowered onto the lower part or be folded. The front parts themselves can do it preferably inwards, d. H. towards the container be folded inside so that the folded Container only takes up about 20% of the volume that it if it has its intended, unfolded shape occupies.
In yet another embodiment of the container the front parts can either be between the upper part and Lower part or on the upper part or under the lower part folded or placed on top of each. Due to the Frame construction of the container according to the invention is it is also possible to form the frame of the container individual struts of the upper part and the front parts and to form the side parts so that foldable these folded into one another in the empty transport position are that only between 10% and 20% of the original container volume in the opened transport position lung is achieved.
The containers themselves can, as has been done several times before mentions the outer structure in the base standardized 20-, 40- or 45-foot containers point, but they can also generally not stand have standardized special dimensions, for example in three or more container abbeys, one on top of the other lungs to be trained. Also the width of the Container and the length of the container the type of goods to be transported or recorded Customizable vehicles. The above invented However, the basic principle according to the invention is not ver to let.
Darin zeigen:The invention will now be described with reference to the following the schematic drawings based on an Ausfüh Example described in detail. In it show:

The container 10 , see FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, has an essentially cuboid structure. The container 10 shown in the figures has the dimensions of a 40-foot standard container (ISO container). Like all standard containers, the container 10 has a lower part 11 , an upper part 12 , two opposite end parts 13 , 14 and two opposite side parts 15 , 16 . The lower part 11 , the upper part 12 , the end parts 13 , 14 and the side parts 15 , 16 are designed to be open in the configuration shown in the figures, ie here without separate flat covers. For certain purposes, it can make sense to provide the above-mentioned parts 11 to 16 with flat cover elements, not shown separately here, for example made of non-flexible but also of flexible materials, in order to protect the vehicles 17 accommodated in the container 10 during transport and ensure storage.
The container 10 comprises a frame 18 which here essentially forms the lower part 10 , the upper part 12 , the end parts 13 , 14 and the side parts 15 , 16 . In the respective corner areas of the container Eckbe beat 28 are arranged, which are standardized as they can be found in any standard container. Via the corner fittings 28 , the stacked containers 10 are connected via connecting devices, each of which strikes 28 engage in the holes of the superimposed Eckbe, for example by means of so-called twist locks and the like.
The container 10 shown in the figures is divided into two superimposed container sections 19 , 20 , namely via an intermediate part 27 arranged substantially centrally between the upper part 12 and the lower part 11 , which is also frame-like like the lower part 11 , the upper part 12 , the Front parts 13 , 14 and the side parts 15 , 16 can be formed. The clear height 29 of the container sections 19 , 20 , see FIG. 3, can be, for example, approximately 1600 mm. Depending on the type of container 10 , the height 29 can also have other dimensions, it being in particular also possible to design the intermediate part 27 in the frame 18 in such a way that it can be positioned at different heights, so that different heights 29 between container divisions 19 and container department 20 are possible. It is also possible to position the intermediate part 27 at an arbitrary distance from the upper part 12 or lower part 11 within the container 10 at predetermined grid intervals, or else to completely omit the intermediate part 27 if, for example, very high vehicles 17 are to be transported.
On the intermediate part 27 , if it is provided, and on the lower part 11 in the longitudinal direction of the container 10 , essentially parallel to the lower part 11 or upper part 12, the guide rails 21 , 22 or 23 , 24 , which can be tilted in pairs by means of the tilting devices 25 , 26 , if two container sections 19 , 20 are formed, provided for receiving the wheels 170 of the vehicles 17 . These tilting devices 25 , 26 can optionally be arranged on one of the end faces but also on both end faces of a container. The guide rails 21 , 22 and 23 , 24 are essentially U-shaped in cross section, compare in particular FIGS . 5 and 6, FIG. 6 showing a top view of the guide rails 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 that there Openings, knobs, elevations or other elements are arranged or provided on the base surface of the rails, which give the vehicle wheels 170 that are to be placed thereon an additional hold during transport with the container 10 .
Although shown here separately, it is possible to design the container 10 in such a way that it can be folded to obtain an empty transport position, so that it only occupies 10% to 20% of the original volume in the opened state when folded. There are various ways of folding or folding the container 10 into an empty transport position. For example, the upper part 12 can be lowered onto the lower part 11 . The end parts 13 , 14 are then either folded between the upper parts 12 and the lower part 11 or onto the upper part 12 or under the lower part 11 or placed thereon in each case. The scheme of folding or folding can be realized in a similar way to the so-called folding boxes known to everyone, which are widely used in the private and commercial sectors.
The container 10 can be, for example, a normal 20-foot or a normal 40-foot standard container or a normal 45-foot standard container, whereby it should be noted that the dimensions of the container 10 are also of the DIN or ISO standard containers may differ. This relates not only to the length of the container 10 , but also to the height and the width.
The material to be used for the production of the container 10 including its partial elements can be steel as standard, as is used in all standard containers. However, it is also possible to produce the container 10 from corrosion-resistant and seawater-resistant aluminum or aluminum alloys, or else to use fiber-reinforced plastics in combination with the different metallic materials to form the container 10 , in particular if the container 10 has a low weight and a high weight Intrinsic stability should be achieved.
The loading of the container takes place regularly via the open end parts 13 or 14 , which, however, can be opened or closed even after loading or unloading by separate elements not shown here, see above. The vehicles 17 roll without their own engine power over the pair of tilted guide rails 21 , 22 , 23 and 24 in the container 10 and are in the loaded state essentially horizontally one behind the other on the then in pairs in the horizontal position and secured guide rails 21 , 22 , 23 and 24th In the same way, the vehicles 17 can in turn leave the container 10 via one of the end faces 13 or 14 without their own engine power.
