Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cleaning method according to the Preamble of claim 1 and a cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 5, in particular suitable for cleaning deep cooking forms.
Usually used for cleaning commercial purposes industrial containers set, in which the containers to be cleaned in one Rinsing chamber from above and below the deer compartments orderly spray devices with cleaning fluid be charged. The spray devices are included either rigid or in the form of a horizontal Level rotatably mounted spray arm.
With such devices, it is not possible heavily soiled or encrusted containers or very deep containers used in food processing Exactly hygiene standards to acidify accordingly Bern. Especially with deep containers, such as wise deep cooking tins for bar-shaped hams etc., facing the opening of the container lying deep floor areas from the cleaning liquid not reached. Such forms must be used digst individually and by hand with cleaning fluid are sprayed, this process extremely often again must be fetched, because when spraying a high pressure water jet into the form immediately so much liquid accumulates in the lower area that the jet pressure is not is enough to clean this lower area.
The invention is therefore concerned with the problem of a Rei cleaning process and a corresponding cleaning device indication that simple and effective cleaning of containers with an opening Chen, even if the container is very deep and / or ex shows extremely stubborn dirt.
This problem is solved by a cleaning process with the Features of claim 1 and a cleaning device with solved the features of claim 5.
The fact that the container, while a spray device tion of its inner wall and a spraying device Clean the outside wall, ver in a self-rotating movement is set, the cleaning liquid reaches itself appropriately aligned rigid spray devices all areas of the container so that it is founded is cleaned completely.
Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich auf den Unteransprüchen und zwei in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsvorrichtung, die im folgenden beschrieben werden; es zeigen:Further advantages and details of the invention result referring to the dependent claims and two in the drawing illustrated embodiments of the invention Cleaning device described below become; show it:

Fig. 5a-c the object of Fig. 4 in different operating positions.
The cleaning device shown in Fig. 1 consists of a rotatably mounted on a frame 1 support plate 2 and a cleaning unit 3rd The carrier plate 2 has a plurality of recesses 4 , in the area of which the containers to be cleaned can be placed. By rotating the support plate 2 about the vertical axis 5 , the containers to be cleaned can be pivoted one after the other into the area of the cleaning unit 3 . The carrier plate 2 thus serves as a transport element and at the same time as a storage station for containers which are still to be cleaned and have already been cleaned. The selected execution form as a preferably round support plate 2 is there because of its small space requirement and the constructively simple design. Because of the free accessibility of the carrier plate from almost all sides, it can be loaded both manually and mechanically, for example by a robot, easily with containers to be cleaned.
The cleaning unit 3 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. Below each of the cleaning unit 3 pivoted recess 4 of the support plate 2 is a receptacle 6 , which receives the container 7 to be cleaned and during the cleaning process at least temporarily in a self-rotating movement, so that device from an upper Sprühvorrich 8th and a lower spray device 9 which various inner and outer conversion regions of the container ses 7 are exposed to a cleaning liquid jet.
In the illustrated embodiment, the receptacle 6 is adapted to the opening of the container 7 and so laid out that the container 7 is arranged with its opening down on the receptacle 6 . This allows cleaning liquid sprayed into the interior of the container 7 to flow downward and the cleaning liquid does not accumulate at the bottom 10 of the container 7 , as would easily be the case with the reverse arrangement. However, if the shape of the containers to be cleaned makes it necessary, in particular in the case of cleaning devices which are intended for cleaning a multiplicity of differently shaped containers, the receptacle 6 can also be designed such that they contain containers in different orientations, for example also at an angle or horizontally, can take up. In addition to the receptacle 6 , the device sits a counter receptacle 11 arranged opposite the receptacle 6 , which serves for holding and centering the containers 7 . This is formed in the Darge presented embodiment as a conically tapering mandrel which engages in a hole arranged at the bottom 10 of the container 7 . Such a hole is present in almost all deep cooking vessels in order to be able to eject the food cooked therein, for example the rod-shaped cooked ham, from the mold after the cooking process. In a preferred embodiment, the countermeasure 11 is also driven in rotation and thus supports the rotational movement of the receptacle 6 .
The upper spraying device 8 has two nozzles 12 which are arranged opposite one another and the lower spraying device 9 has a nozzle 13 , each of which is inclined to the wall of the container 7 to be treated with cleaning liquid, ie arranged at an angle unequal to 90 °. As a result, the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzles 12 , 13 does not spray back from the walls of the container 7 directly towards the nozzles 12 , 13 , but bounces off in another direction, thereby improving the cleaning effect. The use of high-pressure nozzles is particularly advantageous, since the sharp jet they give off also removes stubborn encrustations and, in addition, the consumption of cleaning fluid is reduced. The nozzles 12 , 13 can also rotate about their own axes, thereby imparting a swirl to the cleaning liquid, which improves the cleaning effect even further.
As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, the alignment of the nozzles 12 , 13 is selected such that, in the case of rigid nozzles, cleaning liquid cannot be applied to all the wall areas of the container 7 . Both the upper and the lower spray devices 8 , 9 are therefore vertically movable, that is to say movable in the direction of the axis of rotation of the container 7 on cross members 14 which are arranged displaceably along a support post 15 . During the cleaning process, the nozzles 12 of the upper spray device move along the outer wall of the container 7 , and the nozzle 13 of the lower spray device is moved along the inner wall of the container 7 into and out of it. Depending on the device, these movements can also be reversed. This ensures that all wall areas and corners of the container 7 are subjected to thorough cleaning by the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzles 12 , 13 .
In order to allow the lower spray device 9 to move into the interior of the container 7 , the acquisition 6 has an opening associated with the opening of the container 7 . The used cleaning fluid can also flow through this. In the abge formed in Fig. 2 and 3 cleaning device, the receptacle 6 umlau fende vertical walls 16 , between which and the loading ratio 7 can drain the used cleaning liquid. Arranged below the receptacle 6 is a collecting container 17 which has an inner wall 18 and an outer wall 19 . Between these two walls 18 , 19 , the used cleaning liquid collects and is fed from there to a reprocessing or from a flow line. A spray chamber 20 is arranged around the container 7 to be cleaned as a splash guard. The rinsing chamber 20 can be raised and lowered again to populate the cleaning unit 3 with a container 7 .
Not shown is a cleaning agent dusting device, which can preferably be arranged at the position preceding the cleaning unit 3 . With this dusting device, dry cleaning agent is dusted on the container 7 to be cleaned in each case on its outer and inner walls, the cleaning agent adhering to each area of the container 7 in finely divided form. With cleaning devices equipped in this way, it is possible to use pure water as the cleaning liquid, since this forms a strongly cleaning cleaning solution when the cleaning agent adhering to the container 7 comes into contact with it. Of course, it is also possible to dispense with the detergent dusting device and to use cleaning liquid containing cleaning substances. Also, the Sprühvor devices 8 , 9 spray both cleaning agents containing cleaning agents and pure water, which can be effected, for example, in succession by the same Sprühvor device 8 , 9 . Alternatively, two cleaning units 3 can be arranged one after the other, of which the first cleaning liquid containing cleaning substances and the second spraying pure water.
For men, deren Öffnungen unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufwei sen.In Figs. 4 and 5a-c is shown a slightly modified Rei nigungsvorrichtung. The embodiment shown in FIGS . 1 to 3 are the same or corresponding parts with identical reference numerals. In Fig. 4, the device is shown without a Be 7 to be cleaned in two different positions of the spray devices 8 , 9 . Reference numbers 12 a and 13 a denote the nozzles in the starting position before the start of the cleaning process and reference numbers 12 b and 13 b during the cleaning process in the uppermost position. In contrast to the embodiment shown in FIGS . 1 to 3, the embodiment shown here has only one nozzle 12 on the upper spray device 8 , which is not lowered from above via the container 7 , but in the initial state as well lower spray device 9 below the support plate 2 be found. The counter receptacle 11 is attached to the inside of the rinsing chamber 20 and is lowered into the position designated 11 b at the start of the cleaning process. The receptacle 6 of the device is conically shaped in its upper region and is therefore suitable for taking on different containers 7 of different shapes, the openings of which have different diameters.
Fig. 5a shows the device in starting position a on the carrier plate 2 above the receptacle 6 which is arranged to be cleaned container 7 and the raised, that are available above the container 7 rinsing chamber twentieth Fig. 5b shows the device at the beginning of the cleaning process, wherein the rinsing chamber 20 has been lowered over the container 7 and the receptacle 6 has been pressed from below against the container 7 to come into contact with it and rotate about its axis of rotation 21 to move. Fig. 5c shows the device during the Rei nigungsvorgangs with itself be within the container 7-find nozzle 13 and traversed to a position above the container 7 nozzle 12 for cleaning the Bo denbereichs of the container 7.
