Abstract
Description
An spruchs 1.The invention relates to a cloth dissolution set according to the preamble of the saying 1.
So far, in so-called pulper (e.g. pulper, hydropulper, etc.) with cloth Dissolving sets of dry or moist fibrous materials dissolved in a liquid so that they are pumpable. Dissolving does not mean dissolving in the physical sense, but the production of a fiber suspension with any additional Be lubricants. These cloth dissolving sets are either designed as a disc equipped with carriers (e.g. blades, blades, etc.) or from propeller-type blades and are rotated by a drive shaft.
The fabric dissolving sets work with different fiber densities. With the Fiber density here is the solids content in the fiber suspension (mixture) understand.
The substance dissolving sets described above create turbulence in the liquid, whereby the dry fiber material (e.g. fiber bales etc.) is released is resolved, the resolution also additionally through the direct mechanical bean stress of the fibrous material is carried out by the cloth dissolving set.
It is disadvantageous in the case of the substance dissolving unit known up to the prior art ren that the dissolution of the fiber composite in the liquid takes a long time, since the supply of the fibrous material to be processed in the processing area of Fabric resolution set is uneven and there the contacting of the fiber material with the above-mentioned cloth dissolving sets (dissolving elements) is brief and the Fibrous suspension leaves the intensive processing area relatively quickly. This reduces the resolution, which increases the power requirement partial compensation for these disadvantages is required.
Another disadvantage is that after this dissolving process described above is still a high proportion of undigested fibers (fiber composite: e.g. specks etc.) is there.
Such a fabric dissolving set is, for example, in the patent DE 31 49 135 C2 listed.
An already improved version is in the utility model DE 29 61 9247 U1 be wrote, with the special constructive design of the fabric dissolving set (Dissolving element) the contact and the rotation more intense, but still insufficient is.
Im "Firmen Prospekt" Nr. 87/1057 der Firma Lamort (E. & M. Lamort, B.P. 46-51302 Vitry-LE-Francois (France) wird ebenfalls eine Stoffauflösegarnitur in wendelartiger Aus führungsform dargestellt und beschrieben. In the "Company Prospectus" No. 87/1057 by Lamort (E. & M. Lamort, B.P. 46-51302 Vitry-LE-Francois (France) also becomes a fabric dissolving set in a helical shape management form shown and described.
The object of the invention is to reduce the dissolution time and at the same time better Resolution quality. Furthermore, extensive de-tipping or de vibration without significant reduction and damage to the pulp to be dissolved can be achieved. In addition, due to the improved, more intensive resolution of the relative lei need to be reduced.
According to the invention, this object is achieved through the features of the fabric dissolving set characterizing part of claim 1 are given, fully met.

Die erfindungsgemäße Stoffauflösegarnitur erfüllt folgende Vorteile:
The fabric dissolving set according to the invention fulfills the following advantages:
The pulp to be dissolved is due to the special constructive shape direction of the dissolving rotor caused flow conditions to the periphery of the ro promoted tors and there pre-dissolved by the, or the means for pre-dissolution (i.e. smaller fiber composites). This pre-dissolved fiber suspension is na so completely over the opening or the openings in the periphery of the Auflö serotors promoted through the cavity or cavities (channel or channels). From there, the pre-dissolved fiber suspension passes between the means for fine Resolution, which this pre-dissolved fiber (small fiber units) partially still effectively dissolves and defolts.
By the recirculating forced conveyance of the fiber suspension by the Dissolving rotor and the means for pre- and fine resolution results in a positive, fast and effective resolution.
B. Kunststofffoli en usw.).- The characteristics listed above result in a very short dissolution time with ho mogenem and largely speck-free fiber material avoiding a excessive fiber damage and crushing of contaminants (e.g. plastic film en etc.).
Dieser Pulsationseffekt verursacht einen positiven zusätzlichen Faserstoffauflö seeffekt.- If the opening rotor with multiple cavities for the passage of the fiber is formed at the radial point where the conveying elements, or means for fine resolution the finely dissolved fiber suspension in the container för, at least one bulkhead element be arranged radially on the container and this covers an area there segmentally, so that the conveyance through the cavity, or the voids in this segmental area is prevented. This ent there is the advantageous effect that a possibly raised on the periphery and undissolved and adhering fiber composite due to the subunits there whose suction flow is separated from the opening rotor by centrifugal force (pulsationsef fect). This pulsation effect causes a positive additional pulp resolution sea effect.
The way in which the invention can be implemented by way of example and the The resulting advantages are shown with reference to the exemplary embodiments took explained on the drawing.
