Description
The invention relates to a method for drying rinsing well according to the preamble of claim 1 and a Ge Dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 8.
Such a method and such a dishwasher are known from DE 44 43 849 A1. There is a Ge in it Dishwasher discloses a drying program to dry dishes at the end of a washing program points. This drying program consists of three on top of each other following, different process steps, which from a draining phase, a drying phase with a fan or a capacitor and an automatic, partial Opening a flushing container door, which for the purpose of Bela the dishwasher can be opened. The individual process steps are time-controlled, the Drying phase with blower or condenser so long must measure that in the rinsing container after this Residual moisture is low enough, around parts and ge arranged above the dishwasher councils, e.g. B. a worktop, no longer by Dampfbe damaging impact. When measuring the duration this drying phase must be the most unfavorable condition in Er be weighed. That means it's a load at based on the timing of the drying phase which have a particularly high residual moisture after the Rinsing program caused. For the normal case of a mixed be load or even in the event of loading with wash ware, which has a low residual moisture after rinsing caused, this setting is the length of the drying phase, but relatively large.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a method for Drying dishes as well as a dishwasher by which the average length of the Drying cycle and thus the total average Program duration can be shortened.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a Process for drying wash ware in a closable Rinsing container of a dishwasher, which after a Drying phase with a closed rinsing container Drying phase with at least partially opened sink Contains, characterized in that the drying process in relation on the temperature and / or the air inside the sink is monitored.
In a dishwasher with a lockable Rinsing container, in which the dishes can be cleaned and is dryable during a drying cycle, wherein the drying cycle is a drying phase with closed Rinse tank and a second drying phase with at least partially opened rinsing container, the task solved according to the invention in that at least one sensor to monitor the temperature and / or the humidity speed is included within the washing compartment.
With the help of a sensor for monitoring the temperature and / or the humidity in a rinsing container and egg Select a process to monitor the drying process During the drying cycle it is when washing dishes possible to recognize the advanced drying process and, if necessary, measures for an accelerated To take dry. Are at advanced Drying process the temperature and humidity within the washing compartment in one area each, in such an atmosphere does not soften for the operator the dishwasher still for the furnishings stands and other equipment in the area of the dishes dishwasher is harmful, it can be particularly cheap the loading door closing the washing compartment auto matically in a state of partial or full permanent opening.
Temperature and / or air humidity advantageously become not only determined once, but it becomes the change in temperature or humidity over time sums up. This can be done at discrete time intervals that happen, but it can also change course continuously recorded and evaluated the. Then not only when a predetermined one is reached Limit value or predetermined limit values of the temperature and / or the humidity of the rinsing container is opened , it can also be used during the drying process drying phase with the washing container closed course favorable depending on the measured values to be flowed. This is particularly due to intermittent closing switch any existing heating device tion possible.
Trocknungsgang folgende Programmschritte:
In a special embodiment of the invention, the drying cycle comprises the following program steps:
A heating step to supply thermal energy, which e.g. B. from a heating source, in particular a heater rod comes from inside the rinsing container,
- 2. einen Luftaustauschschritt, in dem bei geschlossenem Spülbehälter mittels eines Gebläses Frischluft dem Spül behälter zugeführt und Feuchtluft aus dem Spülbehälter abtransportiert wird,2. an air exchange step in which when the Rinse tank by means of a fan of fresh air for rinsing container fed and moist air from the rinsing container is transported away
- 3. einen Türöffnungsschritt, bei dem bei Vorliegen einer vorgegebenen maximalen Luftfeuchtigkeit und/oder einer vorgegebenen Maximaltemperatur innerhalb des Spülbehäl ters die Beschickungstüre zumindest teilweise geöffnet wird, und3. a door opening step, in which there is a predetermined maximum humidity and / or one specified maximum temperature within the washing container ters the loading door at least partially opened will, and
The timing of the individual program steps is load-dependent and therefore dependent on the rinse room atmosphere at all times during the drying cycle. The mentioned program steps can in a temporal up sequence, but it can also be a partial or full overlap of this program steps take place. In particular, the heating overlap step and the air exchange step in at least one time interval, so that during this period or of these periods a particularly effective drying of the Wash items can be done.
A particular concern when drying wash ware is formation of vapors when opening the loading door at On to avoid building furniture. Because such vapors also the atmosphere of the place where the dishwasher is installed depends on the machine, is a further development of the invention in addition to the sensor or sensors that meet the conditions Measure the conditions inside the rinsing container, including at least one NEN sensor that additionally the temperature and / or Air humidity at the place of installation of the dishwasher ne, so the environmental conditions recorded. Then little can Mostly a program step of the drying cycle of which he average environmental conditions are influenced. In particular of these measured values is the time of the door opening step.
The invention is described below with reference to the drawings Nes embodiment explained in more detail.

folgenden Programmschritte eingeteilt:
A household dishwasher is operated with a dishwashing program which, according to FIG. 1, the prewashing, cleaning steps; Intermediate rinse, rinse and a final drying cycle. During the rinsing steps from pre-rinsing to rinsing, an introduced dishware is cleaned from adhering food residues by means of a rinsing liquid, which essentially consists of fresh water and chemical additives. In the last water-carrying part of the program, the rinse aid, the cleaning liquid is heated to 70 ° C. by means of a heating element which is included in the dishwasher. The heated cleaning fluid transfers this heat energy to the items to be cleaned, so that at the end of the rinse cycle, the entire dishwashing area of the dishwasher, including the items to be washed, also has a temperature of approximately 70 ° C. The subsequent drying cycle is roughly divided into the following program steps according to FIG. 2:
A cooling and condensation phase in which at ge closed rinsing container by means of a fresh fan air is fed to the rinsing tank and moist air from the Rinsing container is transported and in the distance the temperature T and the relative air of approx. 3 min humidity rH measured and with a limit value each Gw be compared
- 2. einen Türöffnungsschritt, bei dem bei Vorliegen jeweils des Grenzwertes der relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit und der Temperatur im Spülbehälter eine den Spülbehälter ab schließende, um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbare Beschickungstüre um ca. 15° geöffnet wird, und 2. a door opening step, in which each case the limit of the relative humidity and the Temperature in the washing container from the washing container closing, pivotable about a horizontal axis Loading door is opened by approx. 15 °, and
- 3. einen Belüftungsschritt, bei welchem die Beschickungs türe in dieser Offenstellung verharrt.3. a ventilation step in which the loading door remains in this open position.
The ventilation step can be designed such that it immediately goes into a washing program end step, so that immediately after the automatic, partial door opening the wash ware arranged in the wash container can be removed can. However, the aeration step is preferably on a duration of 10 to 20 minutes, whereby in the a complete opening of the loading door prevented or subjected to difficult operation is.
Fig. 3 shows the approximate time course of the tempera ture and the relative humidity within the washing container of the dishwasher during the drying cycle. The curves of two different dishwasher loads B1, B2 are shown in this diagram. A limit value Gw is set, at which the internal rinsing tank temperature T and the relative humidity rH are harmless to an operator and the built-in furniture accommodating the dishwasher. At time t 1 when loading B1 or at time t 2 when loading B2, this limit Gw is reached, so that at the corresponding time t 1 , t 2 the door opening step for partially opening the loading door is carried out.
The different curves of the different loads are based on the fact that a loading compared to B1 lower number of wash ware and / or a type of wash ware is introduced, which feeds a lower residual moisture chert.
For the sake of clarity, the limit values of the temperature T and the humidity rH are at the same level in Fig. 3 and have the same designation Gw. In practice, the limit values of the temperature T and the humidity rH to be achieved are usually separated and then define at different times t 1 and t 2 . The time t 1 or t 2 at which the door opening step takes place in this case is reached when the later of the limit values Gw of the temperature T and air humidity rH is reached.
