Description
Aus Forschungsarbeiten zur Hochdruckblechumformung (HBU) ergeben sich Überlegungen zum Einsatz speziell geeigneter Pressensysteme. Hierzu wurde eine Pressenkonstruktion (Bild 1) entwickelt, bei der durch eine senkrechte Anordnung der Werkzeuge (2), insbesondere der Zwischenplatte zur Wirkmedienzuführung (6), eine schnelle Entleerung des Wirkmediums (7) nach der Umformung durch die alleinige Wirkung der Schwerkraft erfolgen kann. Weiterhin kann durch den Einsatz eines Kassettensystems (1) eine vereinfachte Beschickung der Blechhalbzeuge und eine Entnahme der fertigen Blechformteile (4) erfolgen. Ein weiterer Vorteil ergibt sich durch die schnelle Wechselmöglichkeit der Matrize und somit ein schnelles Umrüsten zur Fertigung anderer Werkstückgeometrien. Durch den Einsatz eines gewickelten Rahmens (3) in Verbindung mit einem Niederhaltersystem, basierend auf einem Ringhydraulikzylinder (5), kann der erforderliche Bauraum im Vergleich zu konventionellen Pressen stark verringert werden.Research into high-pressure sheet metal forming (HBU) has given rise to considerations for the use of specially suitable press systems. By using a wound frame ( 3 ) in conjunction with a hold-down system based on a ring hydraulic cylinder ( 5 ), the installation space required can be greatly reduced compared to conventional presses.
