Vorrichtung zur bildlichen Darstellung von Bereichen (7) der Umgebung eines Kraftfahrzeugs (2) in einem sich im Innenraum des Kraftfahrzeugs (2) befindli­ chen Sichtbereich eines Fahrers, wobei die Vorrich­ tung zumindest einen Bildschirm (11, 12) umfaßt, auf dem sensorisch erfaßte und elektronisch bearbeitete Bildinformationen dargestellt werden, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine Kamera (8) mit einem Sensor zur Erfassung der Bildinformationen und von Informationen über die Raumlage von Bestandtei­ len der Umgebung des Kraftfahrzeugs (2) vorgesehen ist, daß zur elektronischen Bearbeitung der senso­ risch erfaßten Bildinformationen eine Steuereinheit vorgesehen ist, der Steuereinheit Betriebskennwerte des Kraftfahrzeugs (2) als Eingangsgrößen zugeleitet werden und die Steuereinheit in Abhängigkeit von den Betriebskennwerten zwischen unterschiedlichen Arten der bildlichen Darstellung umschaltet.1.
