Abstract

Hinzu kommt, daß im Bereich der Berührungsflächen zwischen Scharnier und Klosettsitz und zwischen Scharnier und Klosettbecken feine Spalte verbleiben, in die z. B. Urin durch Kapillarwirkung begierig eindringt und nur noch durch Demontage und Zerlegen des Scharniers entfernbar ist. Der erforderliche Aufwand (Verwendung von Werkzeug durch geschultes Personal) wirkt sich in der Praxis negativ auf Rei nigungsintensität und -häufigkeit aus. In dieser Lage kann das Auge 5 mühe los in Pfeilrichtung auf die abgeflachte Achse 2 aufgeschoben werden, wobei die Achse 2 durch die radiale Öffnung 8 in die Bohrung des Auges 5 eindringt. Der Deckel wird in gleicher Weise montiert. Die ebenso leichte Demontage erfolgt in umgekehrter Richtung. Es ist ersichtlich, daß Brille 4 und Deckel 6 sowohl in geschlossenem als auch in geöffnetem Zustand (dabei sind Brille 4 und Deckel 6 über die Vertikale hinaus leicht nach hinten geneigt) fest mit der Achse 2 verbunden sind. Rechts von der Ausnehmung 12 befindet sich eine Durchgangsbohrung 13 mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt. Bei der Bohrung 14 links von der Aus nehmung 12 schließt sich an einen ersten Bereich 20 mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt ein zweiter Bereich 21 mit polygonalem Querschnitt an. In die beiden Bohrungen 13, 14 ist die Steckachse 19 eingeführt. Sie besteht aus der Spannschraube 22, auf die die Druckscheibe 25, der Spreizkörper 24, die Lagerhülse 23, ein weiterer Spreizkörper 24, eine weitere Druckscheibe 25 sowie die Mutter 26 montiert sind. Die Spreiz körper 24 sind aus elastischem Material hergestellt; sie haben dadurch die Eigenschaft, bei axialem Druck radial zu expandieren. Die Lager hülse 23 ist so bemessen, daß sie auf der Spannschraube 22 axial beweglich ist. Der Außendurchmesser ist so dimensioniert, daß sich die Augen 16, 18 leicht darauf drehen können. Zur Montage von Brille 15 und Deckel 17 werden diese zunächst so auf das Becken 11 auf gelegt, daß die Bohrungen der Augen 16, 18 mit den Bohrungen 13, 14 fluchten. Dann wird die Steckachse 19 in entspanntem Zustand ein geführt und durch Festziehen der Spannschraube 22 gegenüber dem Klosettbecken 11 fixiert. Die Demontage erfolgt in umgekehrter Rei henfolge.
