Abstract

The switch comprises two switching toggles in series and is held in a support plate. In Fig. 1 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 11 die erfindungsgemäße Bau­ einheit bezeichnet, mittels der ein herkömmlicher elektrischer In­ stallations-Serienschalter 10 in einen Jalousieschalter modifizierbar ist, wobei durch die Baueinheit 11 die hierfür erforderliche mechanische Verriegelung bereitgestellt wird. Sie wird hierfür in den Freiraum 13 zwischen dem Schaltersockel 12 des Serienschalters 10 und seiner Trageplatte 9 gesteckt (Fig. 2). Diese mechanische Verriegelung besteht aus dem Sperrstück 1, dem Sperrstückhalter 2, der mit einer Rückstell­ feder 3 versehen ist. Das Sperrstück 1 ist mit einer Bohrung 4 ver­ sehen, die geeignet ist, eine am Sperrstückhalter 2 befindliche Achse 5 aufzunehmen, die somit als Drehpunkt der mechanischen Verriegelung dient. Weiter sind an der zu den Schalterwippen 7 befindlichen Seite schräge Anlaufflächen 6 am Sperrstück 1 angebracht. Anhand von Fig. 3 ist zu erkennen, wie die Baueinheit 11 respektive die mechanische Verriegelung zur Bildung eines Jalousieschalters zusammengesteckt ist, um ein gleichzeitiges Schalten der Schalter­ wippen 7 für unterschiedliche Drehrichtungen von Jalousiemotoren zu verhindern. Dabei müssen vor der Montage der Baueinheit 11 die Schalterwippen 7 in eine gemeinsame 0-Schaltstellung gebracht werden. Dieser Montagevorgang wird nur beim Zusammenstecken der Baueinheit 11 mit dem Installations-Serienschalter 10 benötigt, es wurde daher auf eine zeichnerische Darstellung verzichtet. Nachdem die Verriegelung/Bau­ einheit 11 montiert wurde, befindet sich nunmehr der dadurch entstandene Jalousieschalter in einer 0-Schaltstellung, in der das Sperr­ stück 1 mit seinen beiden schrägen Anlaufflächen 6 unter den Schalter­ wippen 7 gemäß Seitenansicht Fig. 1 positioniert ist. Durch Betätigung einer Schalterwippe 7 des Schalters 10 drückt der um die untere Schalterwippenkante umlaufende Radius auf die entsprechende schräge Anlauffläche 6 des Sperrstückes 1. Als Ausweichbewegung vollzieht das Sperrstück 1 um die Achse 5 der Bohrung 4 eine Rotationsbewegung, wobei gleichzeitig die in dem Sperrstückhalter 2 befindliche Rückstell­ feder 3 für die Rückstellbewegung gespannt wird. Die mechanische Verriegelung befindet sich jetzt in dem in Fig. 3 dargestellten Zustand. Wie daraus ersichtlich, hat sich das Sperrstück 1 über den Bereich der schrägen Anlauffläche 6 hinaus mit seiner parallel zur Trageplatte 9 liegenden Fläche 8 unter die in 0-Schaltstellung befindliche Schalter­ wippe 7 geschoben, so daß ein Betätigen dieser Schalterwippe 7 nicht möglich ist. Soll die Drehrichtung des Jalousiemotors geändert werden, muß die betätigte Schalterwippe 7 wieder in die 0-Schaltstellung ge­ bracht werden. Die Rückstellfeder 3 drückt das Sperrstück 1 wieder in die Ausgangsstellung zurück, danach ist ein Betätigen der anderen Schalterwippe 7 für die gewünschte Drehrichtungsänderung möglich. Jalousieschalter in Form eines elektrischen Installations-Serienschalters, der serienmäßig über zwei Schalterwippen verfügt, in einer Trage­ platte gehalten ist, und der mit einer Baueinheit zur Bildung einer mechanischen Verriegelung zusammensteckbar ist, um ein gleichzei­ tiges Schalten der Schalterwippen für unterschiedliche Drehrichtungen von Jalousiemotoren zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baueinheit (11) in den Freiraum (13) zwischen dem Schaltersockel (12) eines Serienschalters (10) und seiner Trageplatte (9) einsetzbar ist.1.
