Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for preparing a One thread end spun on a rotor spinning machine Yarns according to the preamble of the first claim.
Because of the spinning process, rotor yarns have wrapping fibers, so-called lower thirds. The wrapping fibers wrap around the fibers twisted into the thread and aligned in the longitudinal direction at short intervals. For example, breaks a thread during of the spinning process, the thread end must be prepared for spinning will. So that the thread end returned to the rotor connects optimally with the fibers fed into the rotor the fibers of the prepared thread end one if possible take parallel position. DE 23 50 842 A1 describes means for combing out the thread end of a rotor yarn known to the Parallel fibers. The thread is pinched, the Combing agents penetrate the thread and become End of thread moved. As a combing agent Combing rollers with needle sets and comb-like Combing elements described. Especially the wrapping fibers, the longitudinal fibers that form the thread loop around, hindering the comb to dissolve the rotation of the Thread. If the combing elements are in the wrapping fibers get caught, there is a risk that the fibers of the thread take place parallelized by combing, uncontrolled with the Wrapping fibers are torn out and so a thread end with undefined length in an undefined state arises.
Dabei besteht auch hier die Gefahr, daß unkontrolliert Fasern aus dem Faden mitgerissen werden.DE 36 07 206 C2 describes a method and a device known for making a splice with which especially the splicing of rotor yarns and from rotor yarns existing threads should be made possible. Also here are as Combing elements are provided with needles. For Preparation is the end of the thread with the respective combing element fed such a feed rate that, with the starting from the extreme end of the thread, the ends of the thread are combed, until a comb length is reached, which is approximately the length of the later splice connection corresponds. Through this procedure should be sheathed fibers, fiber wraps or others Wraps or impurities from the tip of the thread are increasingly combed out. The ones loosened by the needle roller Wrapping fibers are pushed over the free yarn end that due to the lack of yarn twist a larger diameter exhibits as a twisted thread. There is also here Danger of uncontrolled pulling fibers out of the thread will.
With mechanical preparation of thread ends from on Rotor spinning yarn is spun by combing elements it due to the wrapping fibers, the so-called abdominal bandages, and Fiber wraps difficult, thread ends in reproducible Preserve dissolution state.
It is therefore the object of the present invention improved process for preparing rotor spun yarns for piecing or splicing.
The task is solved according to the procedure with the help of characterizing features of the first claim. A Device according to the invention for performing the method is claimed in claim 4. Advantageous configurations the invention are claimed in the subclaims.
The invention enables preparation of a thread end with a targeted opening and removal of the wrapping fibers without that the intended tool already has the structure of the Fadens destroys, that is, its twist dissolves and fibers detaches from it. Only those that are twisted to thread Fibers exposed. An uncontrolled pulling out of fibers off the thread when stripping the wraps and so on connected uncontrolled changing of the thread cross-section, as is possible using the known methods, is advantageously avoided. Unwound wrapping fibers can be more easily over the not opened fiber structure of the Move the thread so that it is exposed. If due to the yarn parameters and the yarn composition Wrapping fibers incomplete during the first machining process can be opened or removed, the release process of the Wrapping fibers are repeated.
The resolution of the rotation of the thread in a defined length takes place separately in a second step pneumatically in one Dissolving tube by means of a matched to the yarn twist Air flow. Without the wrapping fibers, the fibers in the Move the air flow freely. The fibers can no longer are bound by the thread twist in the thread be so that an optimal for piecing or splicing prepared thread end is created.
In order to achieve an optimal removal of the wrapping fibers, the intended tool and its handling on the Yarn parameters can be matched, especially to the Fiber material, the length and shape of the fibers, the yarn count and the yarn twist. The release elements of the tool are supposed to the processing of the thread if possible not in the thread penetrate so that the fibers in the relative movement between Tool and thread are not already combed and the twist the thread is not dissolved, nor is the fiber structure destroyed becomes. The shape and size of the release elements also the possible delivery of the tool to the thread is specified. The Release elements can, for example, needles, sawtooth-shaped Metal strips or roughened surfaces. Delivery the tool still depends on how elastic the thread and thus evades when the tool is delivered.
Furthermore, the speed at which the release elements Edit thread, a factor to consider. In to high speeds can be caused, for example, by heating the fibers damage them. Also the duration of the The influence of the tool on a thread location has an influence on the quality of preparation. If the local is too long The release elements can act on the thread Change the structure of the thread freed from the wrapping fibers so that the release elements also on the twisted fibers act. Optimal feed of the tool to the thread and an optimal relative movement between thread and tool can beforehand through tests on the yarn sections to be processed determined and saved for later use.
The tool with which the wrapping fibers are opened and removed be advantageous can be a roller, the one Opening roller is similar and with a set of needles or sawtooth-like sheet metal strips is used as release elements. When this roller is fed to the thread, it also rotates high speed. One can do the speed Opening roller for opening the sliver in an open-end spinning machine correspond. So that the thread during delivery the roller does not slip between the release elements, it is advantageous if the direction of movement of the release elements Longitudinal axis of the thread cuts at an acute angle. ideal is a movement at an angle that follows the course of the Corresponds to yarn twist. If the release elements in parallel arranged circles are arranged on the circumference of the roller, it is advantageous if the axis of the roller opposite the Center line of the thread is pivoted. The pivoting should take place so that the rows of release elements essentially in Are aligned in the direction of the yarn twist. The movement of the Release elements then take place in the direction of the yarn twist. By the proposed movement of the release elements will continue avoided that the release elements already twisted the thread to open. By moving in the direction of thread twist Release elements is also a wiping motion on the Wrapped fibers that have not been completely dissolved are.
An inclination of the axis of the roller is then not required if the opening elements on the roller are arranged spirally and the rotation of the roller Movement of the release elements at the point of contact with the thread in the takes place essentially in the direction of the yarn twist.
The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment explained.

In Fig. 1, 1 is the contour of a package in a winding device on a textile machine, not shown here, and 2, the device for performing the method according to the invention. From the take-up spool 1 , a thread end 5 has been pulled off and held so that it could be gripped between the take-up spool 1 and the suction tube 3 by two spaced holding elements 6 and 7 by means of a suction nozzle 3 , to which a vacuum 4 is present. The thread 5 between the holding elements 6 and 7 is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 in each case on an oversized scale, so that its structure and processing can be easily recognized. The holding element 6 is pivotally mounted about a joint 8 . After the mechanical preparation of the thread 5 and separation of the unprepared end, the holding element 6 is pivoted from its position 35 into the position 37 by a drive 9 such that the mechanically prepared thread end is fed to the pneumatic thread end preparation 10 , a dissolving tube. A control device 11 not only controls the pivoting movement of the holding element, but also the entire process for preparing the thread end.
After gripping the thread 5 by the holding elements 6 and 7 , the joint 12 with the holding element 7 , as indicated by the double arrow 13 , can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the thread if necessary so that the thread 5 is optimal for opening and removing the winding fibers is excited.
In the present exemplary embodiment, a roller 14 is delivered as a tool that opens and removes the wrapping fibers, which roller is equipped with a needle set 16 on its peripheral surface 15 . The arrangement of the release elements 16 on the circumferential surface 15 should, as not visible here, be helical so that the release elements processing the thread move in the direction of the thread rotation. The roller 14 is fed between the two holding elements 6 and 7 , viewed in the direction of the coil 1 , in front of the gripper 6 .
The thread 5 between the holding elements 6 and 7 has a Z twist. At more or less regular intervals, the thread 5 is surrounded on its circumference by wrapping fibers 18 , the so-called belly bandages. Wrapping fibers 18 are fibers that individually or in pairs wrap around the longitudinal, twisted fibers of the thread. As a rule, the wrapping takes place several times and in turns lying side by side and one above the other. The diameter 19 of the thread 5 does not increase so much, however, that afterwards an exact infeed of the roller 14 with release elements 16 about the radial increase 20 of the thread 5 by the wrapping fibers 18 would be possible. The feed 21 of the roller 14 to the thread 5 takes place until there is a contact of the release elements 16 with the thread 5 , which can be indicated, for example, by a minimal radial deflection of the thread with respect to its longitudinal axis 22 . Undefined penetration of the release elements into the thread, which leads to combing of the fibers, must be avoided.
After the infeed 21 of the needle roller 14 , it is moved parallel to the thread 5 in the direction of arrow 23 onto the holding element 7 . It rotates at high speed, comparable to the speed at which a sliver is released in an open-end spinning machine. The direction of rotation 24 is aligned at the point of contact 25 with the thread of the displacement movement 23 . The devices for feeding the needle roller 14 , for driving it and for moving it are not shown here. To process the thread 5 , it is also possible for the roller 14 to remain stationary while the thread is being guided past it by means of the holding elements.
Fig. 2 shows the needle roller 14 during the processing of the clamped thread piece. From the point 21 where the delivery of the needle roller 14 was carried out, to the illustrated instantaneous location of the thread is freed from the 5 winding fibers 18, so that its Z-twist is recognizable. While the dissolved wrapping fibers 18 are sucked off as fiber fragments 26 , the fibers 27 not opened are pushed forward by the needle roller 14 over the thread 5 . A suction device 28 is carried in the direction of arrow 29 in front of the needle roller 14 in order to suck up the dissolved winding fibers 26 . The extracted fiber fragments 26 are, as indicated by the arrow 30 , fed to a waste collection point, not shown here.
As shown in Fig. 3, the needle roller lifted off after a predetermined travel of 31 14 in the direction of arrow 32 from the mechanically prepared thread piece 50. A cutting device 33 is then fed to the piece of thread that has already passed through the needle roller 14 . The feed takes place at such a distance from the point of feed 21 of the needle roller 14 that the processed thread piece 50 has an optimal length 34 either for a piecing process or for a splice connection with another thread end. When dimensioning the thread length 34, it can be taken into account that the thread lengthens when the twist is subsequently pneumatically released.
In FIG. 4 the situation is shown that the prepared end of the thread 50 is released from its rotation in the pneumatic yarn end preparation 10. 5 After the cut, the holding element 6 with the prepared thread end 50 held by it is pivoted by means of the drive 9 about its joint 8 from the position 35 in the direction 36 to the pneumatic preparation device 10 into the position 37 . The prepared thread end is sucked into the opening tube 38 by a vacuum 39 applied to the so-called opening tube 38 . Compressed air 40 , which is blown into the dissolving tube 38 in a known manner at an angle which is matched to the rotation of the thread, causes the thread end 50 , which has been freed from its winding fibers, to lose its rotation and, at the end of the treatment, consists of fibers 51 arranged in parallel. The duration and the intensity of the compressed air 40 that is blown in are matched to the yarn parameters. The fibers 41, which are no longer held in the fiber structure by the rotation of the thread, are guided with the applied negative pressure 39 by a suction device 42 to a waste collection point, not shown here. After the pneumatic treatment, the prepared thread end 51 is pulled out of the opening tube 38 and, as not shown here, either inserted into a spinning station for a piecing process or inserted into a splicing device for connection to another thread end.
Dadurch wird vermieden, daß durch die Löseelemente 16 bereits die Drehung 17 des Fadens 5 aufgelöst wird.FIG. 5 shows an arrangement of a roller 14 for the thread 5 in a top view, the release elements 16 being arranged helically 43 on the circumference 15 of the roller 14 . The windings 43 , in which the release elements 16 are arranged, intersect the longitudinal axis 22 of the thread 5 at such an angle 44 that they run approximately in the direction of the yarn twist 17 . This prevents the rotation 17 of the thread 5 from being released by the release elements 16 .
FIG. 6 shows the assignment of a roller 14 to the thread 5 , likewise in a top view, the release elements 16 being arranged in a ring 46 on the circumference 15 on the roller 14 . The rings 46 are arranged parallel to one another. So that the thread 5 does not get into the alleys between the rings 46 , the axis 45 of the roller 14 is pivoted through an angle 47 to the longitudinal axis 22 of the thread 5 in such a way that the position of the rings 46 is essentially aligned with the rotation 17 of the thread 5 is. The inclination of the roller must replace the helical arrangement of the release elements on the circumference of the roller. The inclined position of the roller also prevents the rotation of the thread from being released.
