Description
The invention relates to a wear-resistant surface armor for the rollers of high-pressure roller presses for pressure reduction granular good, with a variety of having on the roller surface Distance from each other protruding professional len by build-up welding of hard metallic materials fen are generated and the chambers between them for receiving form compressed fine-grained material.
In the case of roller crushers and roller mills, brittle regrind is placed in the Nip through which the two rotatably mounted in opposite directions rotatable rollers are separated from each other, drawn in and there subjected to pressure reduction. The so-called called material bed crushing in the nip of a high-pressure whale Zen press, in which the individual particles of the by friction in the Roll nip drawn in regrind in a bed, d. H. in a Ma pressed between the two roller surfaces material fill each other when applying high pressure be squeezed. It is understood that the roller surfaces an extraordinarily high load and a high ver are subject to wear.
It is therefore known to make the surfaces of material bed crushing roller press more wear-resistant by welding a large number of prefabricated profile strips or pin-shaped stud bolts onto the roller surface, and these pre-manufactured hard profile bodies can also be embedded in corresponding grooves or blind holes in the roller body (EP-A-0 443 195 and EP-B-0 516 952 Fig. 2). The profile body should protrude with such a large height outwards from the roller surface and be arranged at such a distance from one another that, during operation of the roller press on the roller surface, the gaps or pockets or chambers between the profile bodies with the compressed fine-grained Good material remains filled, which forms a so-called autoge NEN wear protection for the roller surfaces. On welding such prefabricated profile body is only with a weldable profile body material such. B. steel or the like. Possible. On the other hand, the storage of prefabricated profile body in corresponding recesses such as blind holes in the roller body as a result of machining machining is technically relatively complex, and the operation of such an armored roller press does not entirely preclude the risk that, due to the high pressing pressure which is applied to the Studs pin on existing notches, especially when the forces act laterally, in the recesses / bores of the roller body, damage can occur due to cracking in the lateral surface of the roller, which would lead to a reduction in the service life of the armor. In addition, it can be difficult to remove the stud bolts pressed into the blind hole from their holes and replace them with new bolts.
It is for surface armor for the rollers of roller presses also known (EP-A-0 634 217) that non-prefabricated profile bodies how studded bolts are used, which are then on the Walzenman welded on or in corresponding grooves / bores of the whale zenmantels are inserted, but the profiles / stud bolts are generated by using a mold be welded so that the bolts are only Welding material itself. To produce this known Surface armor is applied to the base of the roller Contour adapted to the roll surface, with a water cooling in Connected mold placed with radial passage openings such as B. is provided with through holes, which then Order welding material to be filled in, after which solidifies of the welding material, the mold is lifted off the roller. This well-known surface armor makes metal cutting Preparatory work such as drilling, grooving, etc. is not necessary, but it is already through the handling of the chilled mold complex in its manufacture position.
The invention has for its object, especially for the whale granules of high-pressure roller presses for pressure reduction Good a wear-resistant ge for autogenous wear protection to create suitable surface armor that has a long service life has assets that are simple, quick and overall cost-effective is inexpensive to manufacture and regenerate / repair.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the measures of Labeling part of claim 1 solved. Advantageous design are specified in the subclaims.
Characteristic of the surface armor according to the invention for the rollers of high-pressure roller presses for pressure reduction granular good using the technique of autogenous ver Wear protection is that at the roller surface by a distance mutually attached outwardly projecting profiles Profile beam welding between two neighboring ones Sweat pool supports have emerged, being in rolls seen circumferentially every next but one chamber between be neighboring weld pool supports with custom welding mats rial is filled, while the intermediate chambers in the Pick up compressed fine-grained material. The the Custom weld pool to form and support laterally Melting pool supports can easily be put on the rollers surface tacked spaced apart melt-resistant profile iron exist. These profiles are with advantage upright flat iron, which with its narrow Page before the profile beam welding on the roll surface che stapled. Then it is viewed in the circumferential direction of the roller Every next but one space between adjacent flat iron in particular in several superimposed welding layers filled with custom welding material. The flat iron used for Shape welding of the beam welding is necessary and but on the other hand when using the armored roller do not disturb, then remain as "lost form" in the armor back of the roller surface. Fill in the operation of the roller press the spaces or chambers between neighboring Pro Filbalken welds or their weld pool supports such. B. Flat iron with compressed fine-grained material, wel ches the autogenous wear protection for the roller surface bil det. The steep flanks of the edgewise on the roller surface welded profile iron or weld pool supports favor this Storing and holding compressed good material in the Spaces or chambers that are spaced apart neighboring profile beam welds.
As lateral weld pool supports for those at a distance from one another other profile beam welding applied to the roll surface Instead of flat iron, solutions can also use iron wires or round bars serve bars. The melt pool supports can be parallel to the axis or with an angle to the roller axis, e.g. B. arrow-shaped in the form of a V- Profile on the roller surface. The profile beams Welds, each of which has a chamber between two adj Filling beard bath pillars can each consist of several successively applied welding layers, z. B. from four There are welding layers.
The structure of the profile beam welds between two neighboring weld pool supports z. B. in the form of flat iron done by hand, especially with advantage but fully mechanized. In any case, the surface armor according to the invention is despite their long service life easily, quickly and overall inexpensive to manufacture and regenerate and repair, if only because any machining of the Roller and the use of molds to be cooled etc. are not required.
The invention and its further features and advantages are apparent from hand of the execution shown schematically in the drawing example explained in more detail.
The drawing schematically shows a perspective view in detail of the surface 10 of a roller or its bandage or its segments, with the surface armor according to the invention attached to the roller surface 10 . For this purpose, stapled flat irons 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 etc. are stapled onto the roller surface 10 by means of simple tack welds 11 in the exemplary embodiment. Then, in the circumferential direction of the roller 17, see ge in every next but one chamber between adjacent flat irons, that is, in the chamber between the flat irons 13 and 14 and in the chamber between the flat irons 15 and 16 , etc., weld metal is welded by means of filler wire electrodes or rod electrodes, so that profile bars Welds 18 , 19 , etc. can be obtained. The individual profile beam welds 18 , 19, etc. can each be constructed from a plurality of welded layers, for example in the embodiment. B. from the four welding layers 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 .
The flat bars 12 to 16 etc. each serve as a lateral weld pool support for the profile beam welds 18 , 19 etc. While these flat bars as melt pool supports made of simple molten iron material such as. B. St 37 exist, be the beam welds 18 , 19 etc. made of hard alloy materials with a hardness of more than 50 HRC (hardness test according to Rockwell C). The introduction of the weld metal into the chambers between the respective flat bars by means of the welding electrodes can be carried out by hand or with particular advantage in a fully mechanized manner.
If such a pretreated roller is used in a high-pressure roller press for pressure comminution of granular goods, the good materials are pressed into the spaces or chambers between the profile beam welds 18 , 19 etc. with high pressure and this good material remains in the chambers as high density compressed from fine particles composite compacts 20 , 21 etc., which compacts the autogenous NEN wear protection for the roller surface 10 . The flat iron 12 to 16 etc. remain as a "lost form" in the surface armor according to the invention, where, after they have fulfilled their function as a molten bath support, they in no way interfere.
As an embodiment it is stated that the width of the profile beam welds 18 , 19 less than about 30 mm, z. B. can be about 20 to 25 mm. The width of the chambers 20 , 21 between the profile beam welds 18 , 19 , which press during operation of the rollers fill with highly compressed compressed material, that is, the clear width between the flat bars 12 , 13 and 14 , 15 may be less than 40 mm , e.g. B. 10 to 25 mm.
If the entire surface armoring according to the invention ver is closed, the roller can easily be regenerated the armor again on the roller surface brought. In the event of partial outbreaks of the fiction moderate surface armor can be found at local locations just be repaired again. Groove and drilling work will be not required on the roller body.
