Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing Shoes and the shoes produced by this process, in especially a type of shoe that can adapt to the shape of the foot.
Kinderschuhs beibehalten sollen. The invention relates to shoes that offer increased comfort, but the basic ones in terms of shape, size and appearance Features of a conventional men's, women's or children's shoe should maintain.
Usually shoes are essentially in a standardized form manufactured, that is, they have unified fit properties that adapt to certain averages, which, based on the Size for which the finished shoe is intended, the totality of all feet are common.
Of course, such a shoe shape cannot actually follow the Judge all consumers. The problem is based on the fact that every person has an individual foot shape. This results in one very specific distribution of the weight on the sole of the foot, which then directly, while walking or standing, over the inner sole of the shoe be derived. But since it has a standard shape and therefore does not match the footprint area, experience the weight of the shoe wearer usually not a satisfactory reaction from the insole and the outsole of the shoe. The resulting reduction in Wearing comfort often leads to an emotional rejection of the Qualities of the shoe itself.
Another problem that is common with footwear is the bad one Ventilation of the foot in the shoe and the resulting increase Sweating.
The purpose of this invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages mentioned Method of eliminating footwear that allows footwear to adapt to the foot to be dressed. In particular, the insole should be adapted to the shape of the sole of the foot, taking into account the way the sole of the foot appears on the insole.
The invention as described in the claims solves this Problem of providing a method of making footwear. The method sees the production of a shoe with the following components before: an outsole that conveys contact with the ground, one Upper part that wraps the instep and an insole from one Material that is plastically thermoformable for a certain period of time, when exposed to thermal stress of a certain value becomes. The upper part, together with the outsole, defines a first volume or total volume of the shoe, and along with the insole second volume or partial volume that is smaller than the first volume, so that when the shoe is heated to the specified value, the adjustment of the Shoe to the shape of a foot that is made possible during the is inserted into the shoe at a certain time.
With the invention, thanks to the heat deformability of the Insole, these are advantageously shaped by putting it in the shoe imported foot profile is reproduced true to form.
It can also be made by making a series of holes in the insole Optimal ventilation of the foot can be achieved because the air between the Circulate the top of the insole and one or more cavities can the shoe between the bottom of the insole and the Has top of the outsole.
In other words, with this invention, the body weight is reduced to one Surface distributed, which is significantly larger than that of conventional Standard area of footwear. This makes the foot less negative therefore less stress and fatigue. In addition, the Distribution of the weight over a significantly larger footprint, before especially for women’s shoes with medium or high heels, also for to prevent any distortion due to undesirable foot positions which are in turn due to the simultaneous Presence of sales and the significantly reduced footprint caused with this type of shoes.
This property is more evident when an insole is used, the side edges of which are slightly pulled up, so that the foot is also supported laterally in the shoe produced in this way becomes.
An insole that basically wraps the foot, i.e. H. an insole, which exactly reproduces the shape of the foot both on the sole and on the side, contributes to this, along with that between the insole and the top of the Outsole has air volume that increases the shocks caused when walking dampen; Bumps when wearing conventional footwear a lot stronger and noticeable with every step.
The technical features of the invention in view of the above purposes are clearly evident from the claims below, and their merits are illustrated in the description below, which refers to the accompanying drawings. These represent an exemplary embodiment of the invention which serves only as an example and is in no way restrictive in nature, where:

According to the accompanying drawings, the method is that The invention is applicable to the manufacture of shoes. As an exemplary embodiment for a producible according to the method mentioned A men's lace-up shoe is shown in the accompanying drawings. Of course, the invention is also based on and shaped shoes of different types applicable, such as Women's or children's shoes, as well as shoes with or without heels.
The method provides for the phases described below.
As shown in the example in Fig. 1, a shoe 1 a is first manufactured, which is not provided with an insole. In particular, processing techniques are used which make it possible to preferably obtain an outsole which is completely smooth on the inside (on the upper side), ie completely free of unevenness.
In practice, the shoe consists of an upper part 2 , which envelops the instep of the foot, and an outsole 3 , the underside of which forms the contact surface with the ground.
Of course, the outsole 3 does not necessarily have to be made from only one part, but can also consist of several layers lying one above the other.
A first volume V1 is defined between the upper 2 and the outsole 3 , which we will also call the total volume of the shoe.
For the insole to be inserted into the shoe, a standardized, ie unified, insole 4 is made from plastically thermoformable material. The insole 4 becomes deformable if it is subjected to a thermal stress of a certain value T1 for a fixed period of time.
For the production of the insole, as in the example shown in Fig. 2, a mold or model 5 is used which has an interaction surface (for shaping the insole) which enables the shaping of an insole, which after its insertion in a shoe serves to define an internal volume of the shoe or partial volume V2 that is smaller than the total volume V1. In practice, a hypothetical impression of the shape or model 5 would define a volume that is smaller than that of the above-mentioned shoe 1 a without an insole.
According to the drawings of the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the insole 4 can have an outer edge 40 which serves to envelop a corresponding outer lateral section of the foot. In other words, the insole can partially enclose the lower part of the lateral foot edge in a similar manner to that of the vertical flanks of the shoe. In order to obtain an insole 4 shaped in this way, the mold 5 can have an upper section 50 or an upper profile 50 which is shaped to be complementary to the insole to be obtained.
The insole 4 is then inserted into the shoe 1 a and fastened to it, so that a unit shoe insole 1 is obtained in which a cavity V3 between the difference between the total volume V1 of the shoe and the partial volume V2 defined by the insole 4 Insole 4 and top of the outsole 3 of the shoe 1 is formed.
Practically, there is a third volume inside the shoe 1 , below the insole 4 , which essentially corresponds to the value of the difference between the total volume V1 and partial volume V2. The third volume V3 defined in this way can be distributed over several areas of the insole 4 and thus form several cavities.
The shoe insole 1 unit thus obtained is then heated until the heat deformability value T1 of the insole is reached. Within the time period in which the heat deformability is given, the foot 7 to be clad is inserted into the shoe, as shown in Fig. 5 (7 denotes the unit consisting of the foot and lower leg section).
In this way, the insole 4 , at least in the areas located at the level of the cavity V3 (or the cavities), is shaped according to the surface which the sole of the foot 7 has (and / or the lateral foot sections). The standardized insole is thus adapted to the nature of the foot, depending on the distribution of the weight P on the surface of the insole and the possible interactions of the lateral foot sections with the outer edge 40 .
In addition to what has been described so far, the standardized insole 4 can be provided with a series of holes 6 . After the insole 4 has been shaped according to the nature of the foot 7 , these allow air circulation between the underside and the top of the insole 4 , or between one or more remaining sections of the cavity and the resulting part of the partial volume. This air circulation is shown more clearly in the details of Figs. 4 and 5. These show the shoe structure without weight load P or with weight load and with a corresponding air flow F from one side of the insole 4 to the other.
The air circulation from one side of the insole 4 to the other takes place primarily when walking, ie when the foot rolls off.
As an alternative to making the holes 6 , the insole can be made of air-permeable material.
The holes 6 should preferably be made in the insole 4 before it is fastened in the shoe 1 a. If, for example, adhesive is used for this purpose, care must be taken to ensure that it is applied to the secure contact surfaces between insole 4 and outsole 3 , but without closing the holes mentioned above.
A shoe made according to this invention therefore consists of an outsole 3 , which provides contact with the ground, an upper part 2 , which wraps the instep of a foot, and an insole 4 made of plastically thermoformable material.
Of course, the structure and shape of the upper part 2 and the outsole 3 can differ depending on the aesthetic and functional characteristics of the footwear.
The upper 2 defines with the outsole 3 a first volume V1 or total volume of the shoe, and with the insole a second volume V2 or partial volume that is smaller than the first. This makes it possible, when the shoe is heated to the value of heat deformability T1, to adapt the shape of the shoe to the shape of a foot 7 which is inserted into the shoe.
The insole 4 can, as mentioned in the description of the method, have a series of through holes 6 which allow the air to circulate between the top and the bottom of the insole 4 , at least in the area of the cavities between the insole and the top of the outsole of the shoe . The insole 4 can be made of air-permeable material.
The invention thus conceived is open to many types of changes and variations, but always within the scope of the inventive concept plugged frame. In addition, all details can be technically equivalent elements are replaced.
