Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an acoustic light according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is known to have lights with a reflector above a lamp and a light Permeable cover to be arranged below the lamp at a distance from a ceiling nen. It is also known to highly reflect the top cover made of sheet metal or plastic training.
The disadvantage of these known luminaire designs is that they are completely unsuitable to take over acoustic functions.
The invention has therefore set itself the task of hanging from a ceiling lights to train that this at the same time a sound-absorbing and thus acoustic function for take over the room. The object is achieved by the characterizing part of claim 1 solved.
Due to the sound transmission of the lower cover on the one hand and the distance to one on the other hand, reverberant ceiling hits airborne sound either directly or by reflection on the reverberant ceiling on the top cover of the lamp. From the invention The luminaire reflector does a double to form the top cover as a sound absorber pe function: It serves for light reflection and light deflection downwards and airborne sound sorption. The upper cover can be designed as a plate absorber. This requires one Minimum size of about 0.4 square meters of free-swinging area. In order to serve as an absorber, the Surface in the edge areas to be firmly connected to the lamp body. In the area itself however, there should be no attachment points so that the surface can swing freely can. The top cover becomes a vibration absorber, in which it either consists of a heavy plastic film with at least 200-300 g basis weight / sqm or from one Aluminum or sheet steel plate is formed.
The reverberant ceiling, e.g. B. a reinforced concrete ceiling and the top cover form a system, in which there is a minimum distance of between the reverberant ceiling and the top cover 20 cm and a maximum distance of 80 cm is maintained. Are major deviations from these limit distances, the desired, sound-absorbing effect does not come conditions. The top cover can alternatively or additionally also with sound absorption mat ten made of plastic or rock wool or other sound-absorbing materials his. The lower cover is preferably made of an air permeable material, e.g. B. a ribbed metal or from another plastic layer. The lower one Covering should definitely be translucent and could also be sound-absorbing show offenses.

Fig. 1 shows the cross section through an interior space consisting of a reinforced concrete slab 10, a reinforced concrete floor 11, and windows 12 and 13. The lights 14 and 15 are suspended from the reinforced concrete ceiling 10 . Light rays 16 and 17 show the light exit from the lamp.
Fig. 2 zeigt weitere Details. Fig. 2 shows further details. Lamps 31 , 32 are arranged between the upper cover 21 and the lower cover 20 . Airborne sound in the interior, symbolized by a line 22, can penetrate through the lower cover 20 to the upper cover 21 , which is designed as a light-reflecting sound absorber film. However, the upper cover 21 is not only damping-active from its underside, but also from its upper side by sound waves 23 reflecting on the reverberant reinforced concrete ceiling 24 and being sorbed from the upper cover 21 . A distance D between the upper sound-absorbing cover 21 of the suspended luminaire and the ceiling 24 is therefore essential, so that an acoustic system is formed between the reverberant ceiling and the upper cover 21 .
Fig. 3 shows a typical construction detail of the suspended lamp. On a U-shaped frame 25 is at least one sound absorption film 26 as an upper cover, for. B. by Kle tion in the edge region 28 attached. Another possibility is to insert the film or a film shrunk onto a frame. The lower cover 27 lies in the lower part of the frame 25 . In the frame 25 itself between the upper cover 26 and lower cover 27 , a lamp 28 is attached to the lamp. Light radiation 30 is guided downward by the reflective top cover 26 . The bottom cover is e.g. B. formed as an expanded metal rib and has openings through which the light can enter the interior. Another sound absorption film 33 can be stretched over the lower cover, but it must be highly transparent and can be provided with light-scattering properties.
The upper cover 26 can be designed to be reflective in different ways. B. colored white or mirrored by metallization. Despite the reflective properties, the film can have a semi-transparency, so that a certain amount of light also falls into the ceiling cavity between the film and the reinforced concrete ceiling. It also makes sense to place several layers of film or a sound absorber mat on top cover 26 . The top cover can also be made from a steel or aluminum sheet that serves as an acoustic plate transducer. The function is also retained if an acoustic mat is also placed on the sheet.
The invention also provides for the bottom cover to be made from expanded rib metal which is completely sound-permeable. A suitable design of the expanded rib metal and the specific angular adjustment α of the webs 34 , 35 can be used to construct a glare limitation of the light exit angle required in accordance with DIN 5035 Part 7 to avoid direct glare and reflected glare. In the present example of FIG. 3, an insight into the illuminant 29 is prevented by the expanded metal sheet 27 , nevertheless light and sound can pass through the expanded metal sheet.
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the lights according to the invention. The luminaire is assembled from two symmetrical parts 50 , 51 , with a linear luminaire 52 with a symmetrical light emission being arranged in the middle. The upper cover 53 and the lower cover 54 are tapered, so that there is a wedge-shaped cavity between the upper cover 53 and ceiling 55 .
