Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a safety device for a Interior of a motor vehicle with one between a back lean on a rear seat area and a headliner stretchable flexible fabrics.
In station wagons, it is generally known to egg ner backrest of a rear bench seat with a cassette housing to arrange a roll-up protective net. In his resting position tion, the protective net is sunk in the cassette housing. For its safety position will make the protective net go up pulled out of the cassette housing and on the side supports hung in the area of the headlining. The protection network therefore extends in its open position between the backrest and the headlining. Will the backrest If the rear bench seat is moved forward, this will also be the case Cassette housing together with the backrest facing forward works. In this position too, the protective network can aim a front securing position from the cassette housing pulled out upwards and in two further brackets in the Area of the headliner. By that at the Rear side of the backrest of the rear bench seat to a certain extent, however, settengehäuse is the loading space of the Combi passenger car restricted.
The object of the invention is to provide a safety device to create a space-saving Accommodation of the fabric with simultaneous storage keeping the advantages of known safety devices ge ensures.
This object is achieved in that the flexible surfaces formation is arranged integrated in the headliner, and that for Fixing the fabric in the spanned protective position tion a bracket is provided on the backrest. By the solution according to the invention is the flexible fabric saves space between the headlining and the vehicle roof in tegrates, so that be for the storage of the fabric required recording space no restriction of the loading space of the Represents motor vehicle. According to the invention is advantageous anyway between the headlining and the vehicle roof available space is used. The fabric is therefore not - as in the prior art - from bottom to top, but rather spanned from top to bottom. The brackets the backrest ensure the fixation of the surface structure of the in its open protective position. As brackets can be easily appropriate recordings for hanging be provided against the fabric. Of course are the flat structure - as is the case with the prior art is already the case - appropriate locks for assigned the spanned protection position, the guarantee Most that the fabric with strong vehicle deceleration forms a secure backing for cargo in the hold.
In one embodiment of the invention, the fabric is one retraction mechanism also integrated in the headliner arranges. This will make the fabric after releasing the backrest automatically returns to its rest position Headliner withdrawn.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the surface area is de arranged flat in its resting position in the headlining net. This is a complete recording of the area guarantee between the headlining and the vehicle roof steadily without the headliner down to the interior must be fully booked.
In a further embodiment of the invention are in the headliner two drawers spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle slots are provided for leading out the fabric, with a front pull-out slot being folded forward position of the backrest and a rear pull-out slit to a raised sitting position of the backrest is ordered. As a result, the fabric is both on provided backrest as well as with the backrest folded down used to isolate the cargo area from the occupant area bar.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the surface area is de at least one end in an inte in the headliner grierte slide guide held, the slide guide a Synchronous drive for an even parallel operation of both Sides of the fabric is assigned. This ver prevents the fabric or guide elements of the The fabric jams and blocks the Pull out.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the surface area is de on its opposite longitudinal edges with one each shear-resistant flexible band, especially a spring steel band, provided. This is a particularly cost-effective solution design of the safety device, since the fabric in easily pulled out of the headlining and without that Providing a retraction mechanism back into the headliner mel can be pushed back into it.
Further advantages and features of the invention result from the subclaims and from the description below of preferred embodiments of the invention hand of the drawings are shown.

A station wagon has an interior according to FIG. 1 ( 1 ), which is bordered by a headliner ( 2 ). The headliner ( 2 ) is net to form an inter mediate space below the vehicle roof, the vehicle roof itself being part of the body paneling of the station wagon. The headliner ( 2 ) is designed as a rigid molded plastic part and attached to the vehicle roof. In the interior ( 1 ) of the passenger car, a rear bench seat is provided in a manner known per se, which has a backrest which can be pivoted between a seated position and a stowed position ( 20 ) ( FIGS. 5 and 6). The backrest ( 20 ) can be made in one or more parts. The rear bench seat including the backrest ( 20 ) extends over almost the entire width of the interior ( 1 ). In the headliner ( 2 ) two spaced from each other in the vehicle longitudinal direction and extending parallel across the vehicle width from pull slots ( 5 and 6 ) are provided, from which a flexible surface structure in the form of a protective network ( 7 ) can be pulled out in the manner described in more detail below . The protective net ( 7 ) is part of a safety device according to the invention, which separates a cargo space of the estate car from an occupant space. The protective net ( 7 ) allows the interior ( 1 ) to be divided into a front-side occupant area and a rear-side charging area. The rear pull-out slot ( 6 ) is arranged approximately at the level of the backrest ( 20 ) of the rear bench seat in its seated position. The front pull-out slot ( 5 ) is located approximately at the level of an upper edge of the backrest ( 20 ) in its forward, ie horizontally, stowed position. When the backrest ( 20 ) is folded into the stowed position, the loading space of the estate car is increased accordingly.
The protective net ( 7 ) is on its front face with egg ner over the entire width of the protective net ( 7 ) he extending guide rod ( 3 ) and at its rear end end with an identical guide rod ( 4 ). The protective net ( 7 ) is sunk in its rest position in the headliner ( 2 ) by being stretched flat in the space between the vehicle roof and the headliner ( 2 ) in such a way that the front guide rod ( 3 ) is level with the front of their pull-out slot (5) and the rear guide rod (4) is positioned at the height of the rear extract slot (6). The length of the protective network ( 7 ) thus corresponds approximately to the position of the two pull-out slots ( 5 and 6 ) to each other. Between the headliner ( 2 ) and the vehicle roof and either on the underside of the vehicle roof or on the top of the headliner ( 2 ) is a BE described guide arrangement for the protective net ( 7 ) BEFE, which fixes the upper bracket for the protective net ( 7 ) when the protective net ( 7 ) is pulled out from the front pull-out slot ( 5 ) or from the rear pull-out slot ( 6 ) downwards. At the same time, the guide arrangement described in more detail below serves for uniform and exact parallel guidance of the protective network ( 7 ) in the region of the roof lining ( 2 ). In its rest position, the protective net ( 7 ) is aligned approximately horizontally on the back of the headlining ( 2 ) and parallel to it. When the protective net ( 7 ) is pulled down vertically, it is deflected by about 90 ° at the level of the respective pull-out slot ( 5 , 6 ).
Im Bereich dieser Haken (21) ist das die jeweilige Führungsstange (3, 4) umschließende Schutznetz (7) ausgespart (Fig. 7).Around the guide rod (3, 4) to be able to hang the respective front end of said protective net (7) at the rear of the backrest (20) are, in the illustrated embodiment the width of the backrest (20) a plurality of hooks (21) distributed is provided, in which the respective end of the protective network ( 7 ) with the associated guide rod ( 3 ) can be suspended ( Fig. 5 to 7). In the area of these hooks ( 21 ) the protective net ( 7 ) surrounding the respective guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) is left out ( FIG. 7).
To guide the respective upper end of the protective net ( 7 ) and to fix both ends in the area of their guide rods ( 3 , 4 ) in the recessed position in the headliner ( 2 ), each guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) of the protective net ( 7 ) is a Assigned pair of slide shoes ( 9 , 10 ). For this purpose, each guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) extends on both sides of the protective net ( 7 ) over the width of the protective net ( 7 ) ( Fig. 4 and 8) and is in the area of their opposite foreheads, each with a guide pin ( 19 ) Mistake. For the clamping receptacle of the guide pin ( 19 ), each slide shoe ( 9 , 10 ) has a plug-in receptacle ( 14 , 15 ) which is open at the bottom. The two associated sliding shoes (9 or 10) of the two Gleitschuhpaare (9, 10) are mounted slidably in opposite Gleithohlprofilen (8) of the guide assembly, the rail-like Gleithohl profile (8) by means of mounting flanges (18) (Fig. 4) are firmly connected to the underside of the vehicle roof. The two sliding hollow profiles ( 8 ) extend on opposite sides of the protective network ( 7 ) each in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. At the level of the front and rear pull-out slots ( 5 , 6 ) in the headlining ( 2 ), the sliding hollow profiles ( 8 ) are open at the bottom to enable the guide rods ( 3 , 4 ) and thus the protective net ( 7 ) to be removed . On the inner side facing the protective net ( 7 ), each sliding hollow profile ( 8 ) is provided with a longitudinal slot, which enables the linear guidance of the guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) and the respective synchronous shaft ( 11 ). As long as the respective guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) is held clamped in the associated receptacles ( 14 , 15 ) of the sliding shoes ( 9 , 10 ), the respective guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) and thus still sunk in the headlining ( 2 ) the assigned front end of the protective net zes ( 7 ) parallel to the headliner ( 2 ) through the hollow sliding profiles ( 8 ). The sliding movement is caused by a corresponding grasping and pulling down the desired front end of the protective net ( 7 ) from the respective pull-out slot ( 5 , 6 ).
In order to avoid tilting of the sliding shoes ( 9 , 10 ) and thus an inclination of the respectively guided guide rod ( 3 , 4 ) within the roof lining ( 2 ), each pair of sliding shoes ( 9 , 10 ) is assigned a synchronous drive. A drive shaft (23) is integrated as a synchronous operating in the synchronous shaft (11), which is rotatably mounted in the sliding blocks (9, 10) and are fixed at their ends two pinions (16). The opposite ends of the drive shaft ( 23 ) protrude through the respective slide shoe ( 9 , 10 ) and laterally out of this. The width of each slide shoe ( 9 , 10 ) corresponds only to about half the width of the sliding hollow profile ( 8 ), so that enough space for the ends of the drive shaft ( 23 ) and thus for the Rit zel ( 16 ) is available ( Fig. 9). Each pinion ( 16 ) meshes with a toothed rack ( 17 ) running along the bottom of the sliding hollow profile ( 8 ) over its entire length. The rack ( 17 ) is fi xed on the bottom of the sliding hollow profile ( 8 ). The width of the rack ( 17 ) is such that there is still enough play available for the sliding mobility of each sliding shoe ( 9 , 10 ) along the respective hollow sliding profile ( 8 ). Since all pinions ( 16 ) and the two toothed ranks ( 17 ) are provided on both sides of the protective net ( 7 ) with an identical division, an exactly parallel and even sliding movement is always achieved for each pair of sliding shoes. A retraction mechanism for the protective network ( 7 ) is additionally integrated in the synchronous shaft ( 11 ). For the integration of the retraction mechanism in the synchronous shaft ( 11 ), the synchronous shaft ( 11 ) has a closed hollow profile ( 24 ) which coaxially overlaps the drive shaft ( 23 ) and is fixed in a rotationally fixed manner in each pair of sliding shoes ( 9 , 10 ). Between the torsion-proof hollow profile ( 24 ) and the rotatable drive shaft ( 23 ) in the synchronous shaft ( 11 ) a torsion spring ( 22 ) is arranged, which exerts a corresponding spring force on the drive shaft ( 23 ) in the retraction direction. The Fe derkraft the torsion spring ( 22 ) in each synchronous shaft ( 11 ) is designed so that the protective net ( 7 ) can also be retracted from its fully extended position ( Fig. 6) back into its headliner ( 2 ) recessed rest position . In addition, the synchronous shaft ( 11 ) in a manner not shown ter is assigned a lock, which forms a lock for the protective network ( 7 ) in the event of a strong delay and a result of the impact of the cargo on the protective network ( 7 ) and thus a secure hold.
To limit the sliding movements of the respective sliding shoe pairs ( 9 and 10 ) are not provided within the sliding hollow profiles ( 8 ) stops, not shown.
As can be clearly seen from FIGS. 3 and 5 and 6, the protective net ( 7 ) is pulled out of its rest position according to FIG. 1 from the rear pull-out slot ( 6 ) in the direction of the arrows (H) by first pulling the rear guide rod ( 4 ) unhooked from the receptacles ( 15 ) of the pair of sliding shoes ( 10 ) and then pulled downwards. Upon pulling down the guide rod still held in the front pair of shoes (9) (3) draws the safety net (7), the front sliding shoes (9) (along the ge through the Gleithohlprofile (8) formed sliding parallel to the roof lining (2) backwards arrow (H)), the torsion spring ( 22 ) according to FIG. 9 being tensioned at the same time. After hanging on the raised th backrest ( 20 ) ( Fig. 5), the protective net ( 7 ) is locked in its rear protective position. After releasing the guide rod ( 4 ) from the hook ( 21 ) of the backrest ( 20 ), the pretensioned torsion spring ( 22 ) automatically pulls the protective net ( 7 ) back into its own by means of the drive shaft ( 23 ) and the rack and pinion drive ( 16 , 17 ) in the headliner ( 2 ) retracted position, the rear guide rod ( 4 ) either automatically engages again in the receptacle ( 15 ) of the rear pair of sliding shoes ( 10 ), or is pushed into these receptacles ( 15 ) by a short manual pressure load . To remove the protective net ( 7 ) from the front on receiving slot ( 5 ) with the backrest horizontally folded down ( 20 ) ( Fig. 6) downwards, the front guide rod ( 3 ) is loosened accordingly in a simple manner and pulled down. In an analogous manner, the rear pair of sliding shoes ( 10 ) is pulled forward with simultaneous tension of the torsion spring ( 22 ) of the associated synchronous shaft ( 11 ). After the front guide rod ( 3 ) has been hooked into the hooks ( 21 ) of the backrest ( 20 ), the protective net ( 7 ) is also locked in the front protective position.
The protective net ( 7 a) according to FIG. 2, which is also held flat between the headlining ( 2 ) and the vehicle roof of the interior ( 1 ) of the station wagon, is significantly simplified compared to the previously described embodiment. This version of a safety device has neither a retraction mechanism nor a complex guide arrangement. The protective net ( 7 a) also has at its opposite ends a front re guide rod ( 3 a) and a rear guide rod ( 4 a). The length of the protective network ( 7 a) corresponds to the length of the protective network ( 7 ) according to FIG. 1 and thus approximately the distance from the two pull-out slots ( 5 and 6 ) to each other. To pull the protective net ( 7 a) into its protective position and to return the protective net ( 7 a) to its rest position, the protective net ( 7 a) is, however, only made of two shear-resistant strips ( 12 ), in the exemplary embodiment shown, steel strips ( 12 ), flanked, which each form the lateral longitudinal edges of the protective network ( 7 a) and are firmly connected to the front guide rods ( 3 a and 4 a). The spring steel strips ( 12 ) are shear-resistant, ie they can absorb shear or pressure loads. Nevertheless, they are flexible enough to allow a right-angled deflection of the protective network ( 7 a) downwards. Due to the shear stiffness of the spring steel strips ( 12 ) and the fixed connection with the front guide rods ( 3 a and 4 a) of the protective net ( 7 a), the entire protective net ( 7 a) has sufficient rigidity to push back the protection Enable the net ( 7 a) from the downward extended protective position back into the headlining ( 2 ) and thus back into the resting position. To support the deflection movement of the protective net ( 7 a) when the rest position and the protection position move, a deflection roller ( 13 ) for each pull-out slot ( 5 , 6 ) is integrated in the headlining ( 2 ). In the space between the headliner ( 2 ) and the underside of the vehicle roof, supporting guide elements can also be provided, which ensure that the protective net ( 7 a) is sunk parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in the headliner ( 2 ).
In a further embodiment according to the invention ge according to FIGS . 10 and 11, the protective network ( 7 b) in its resting position above the headlining ( 2 ) is double-sided. The protective net (7 b) is a relatively simply designed retraction mechanism (25, 26) assigned by the safety net (7 b) engages in a simple manner at each lateral stabilizing strip (27) is a withdrawal tape (26) mounted on a spring-loaded in the direction of withdrawal withdrawal roller ( 25 ) is rolled up. In this exemplary embodiment, only a single pull-out slot ( 5 b) is provided in the headlining ( 2 ), through which the protective net ( 7 b) can be pulled out downwards. A lower guide rod ( 4 b) of the protective net ( 7 b) is provided with grip tabs ( 28 ) for pulling out the protective net ( 7 b). The upper end of the protective network ( 7 b) is reinforced by a profile ( 30 ) over its entire width and held in headliner-fixed brackets ( 29 ) which are arranged exactly above half of the pull-out slot ( 5 b). When pulling the safety net (7 b) downwards and the lateral retraction bands (26) are coated with, at the same time spans the withdrawal roller (25). After a corresponding release of the protective net ( 7 b) from its protective position, the lateral retraction rollers ( 25 ) automatically pull the protective net ( 7 b) back into its rest position shown in FIG. 10, in which the protective net ( 7 b) lies double, ie one above the other folded down, placed above the headlining ( 2 ).
