Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for operating a swimming grain filter, especially for the purification of waste water, in which the Waste water flows through the floating grain filter from bottom to top and when rinsing with the waste water supply switched off, the rinsing water is fed into the top of the filter, with the floating grain filter pack is loosened and the rinsing water in a sedimentation tank is leading. It can happen that z. B. by higher rinsing pressure or heavily polluted wastewater to bond the Floating grain filter material leads this out during the rinsing process will wear.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a loss of floating grain filter material in appropriate filters avoid.
The invention is that such an amount of rinse water too is performed that the settling tank abound on its upper edge tet and the flooding water with possibly discharged Floating grain filter material via a return line to the filter is fed again.
The flooding water is useful together with the reini wastewater fed back to the filter.
In order to achieve an improved return, there is an advantage seen that when the clarified water is withdrawn from the sedimentation container in this one with a possible amount floating on it Suspended particle filter material is left.
To ensure safe return of the floating grain filter material achieve, the invention further provides that the filters Water is fed to the top of the settling tank. The invention also makes a device for through procedure available. This exists with a pre direction with a floating grain filter, in which under a Nozzle bottom floating grain filter material is arranged with a Waste water inflow in the lower area of the filter and with a clean water or rinse water inflow in that the settling tank its upper edge widens an overflow, which with one to the fil ter leading return line is connected.
Further advantageous and expedient embodiments are in the Subclaims marked.
The invention is intended to be explained below using an exemplary embodiment who explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing the.
In the drawing, a filter system with the three filters 1 is provided, in which underneath the nozzle base 2 , floating grain filter material 3 , is arranged. From a template 4, the waste water to be filtered passes through the Abwasserzuführleitung 5 with the Abwas serförderpumpe 5 a to the series-connected filters. 1
From the pure water line 6 , which leads to a waste water tank 7 , a recirculation line 8 to the recirculation pump 8 a to a pure water branch line 9 , which leads to a settling tank 10 .
From the rinse water tank 7 passes through the rinse water supply line 11 with the rinse water pump 11 a rinse water into the filter 1 and from there via the rinse water discharge line 12 into the settling tank 10 . Now settles in the lower area 10 a of the settling container 10 of the sludge, via a sludge water pipe 13 with a sludge water pump 13 a. The upper region 13 b of the settling container 10 is also conical, so that any floating flotation material entrained in the tip 10 c melts. From the top 10 c of the settling tank 10 return lines 14 go to the waste water supply lines 5 and are connected to it by a water jet pump 15 . In this way, lost floating grain filter material is returned to the filter. To support this, the rinse water can be supplied via the pure water branch line 9 , pure water in the settling tank 10 . If the settling tank 10, the clear water return line 16 is not completely emptied, it is ensured that rinsed floating grain filter material 3 directly returns to the filter 1 . By the slide 17 who can ensure that the floating grain filter material gets back into the filter 1 , the rinsing water is in the settling tank 10 .
